The person who served is really irritating, he does not really attend as he should be, the client is always right but in this case it is not like that, we are paying and they treat us like that, they do not take our orders well VERVIICE!!!

Ordered on the app, which set pick-up to in-store counter pick-up. When I arrived, the doors to the lobby were locked. Sign on the door, said the lobby should have been open for another 1.5 hours. I contacted customer service, who said they would refund me. 2 days later, I received a call from someone from the restaurant who was struggling to speak English. They said they would have to talk to the manager, and I would have to come in person to receive a refund. Obviously, this location has manager issues if they're not properly staffing the restaurant and are also not handling customer complaints.

Not only did I have people honking at me in the drive thru because the lady couldn't take our order and kept getting it wrong. Her manager had to come 3 times! Ordered 3 happy meals and only 1 had a toy ! My son's cheese burger didn't even have cheese like it was supposed too! A delivery driver kicked the McDonald's door in frustration and cussed at them because of the incompetence at this location! I will ner go to this location ! I'd recommend any other location. The service here sucks if I could give no stars I would!

Over 30 minutes for a McFlurry. The second or third time we asked for an update, they determined that the order had slipped through the cracks and suggested that we should have spoken up sooner.
