Place was closed on Christmas day. Didn't turn off incoming orders from the internet. so all customers were charged for the order they didn't receive. Attempted to call 100s of times for a refund (no kidding. internet phone, very easy to hit re-dial) and none of them answered.

The absolute WORST McDonald’s I have ever seen, they like to choose when they want to respond at the drive thru when they’re clearly open and don’t have good customer service with customers. If I were you I’d AVOID THIS location at all cost

The woman at the drive through didn’t include my breakfast sandwiches. Then she continued to roll her eyes and taking a deep breath like she was annoyed because I couldn’t find my card to pay? Then the woman at the 2nd drive through window I asked for jelly she gave me ketchup I asked for extra cream and sugar she said it is in the bag and it was not . Definitely will be reporting this location because all that was unnecessary

This location is by far one of the worst McDonald's in the city. I have lived here my whole life and it's just progressively got worse over the years. From getting orders wrong to having to fend off tweakers in line. The last straw was tonight when I went to get my son a pokemon happy meal. Oh I got the pokemon box, but what do I get, Crash bandicoot cards. They aren't even advertising crash bandicoot and haven't for months. McDonald's this franchisee is not keeping up to you standards and I would like you to do something about it. I want a decent McDonald's in my area please

I come through the drive through here sometimes to get food before work, the last few times I have come to this location my quarter pounders have been barely warm and pink on the inside. I just got one tonight and it wasnt really edible with just how pink it was.
