double check everything before you drive off. This place never matches the McDonald's app. If you press the button for a plain hamburger, this location gives you extra everything. If you push no Mac sauce, their printer prints Extra Mac sauce. so aggravating. It's like their i.t. person is pranking everyone with the way the app is mapped. Paid additional fee for extra tomatoes? we'll just keep that money, no extras for you!

Order special order through the kiosk cannot get order completed correctly communication issue had to walk back in to get my order corrected. Even with receipt they could not understand i wanted a plain double cheese, no salt and two extra patties. Maybe McDonalds should start a reading english program or have the recipes that go to the cooks set in their language to avoid confusion. The result was i was given a box of patties to make my own burger.

Ordered two steak eagg and cheese mcmuffins and they did not put cheese or butter on it! So dry and un eatable without butter and cheese, and then the jerks won't even answer their damn phone. Do not go to this mcdonald's

Rude employee seemed to be or think she was a shift lead. Rolled her eyes and tried to argue with me when I had asked for a drink carrier… tried to tell me I didn’t need one… seemed like she just didn’t want to take the couple seconds it took to provide the carrier. The location appeared to be well staffed so I can’t imagine that sort of treatment is a result of the conditions. If you don’t like your job find a new one or stay home.

I went through the drive thru and used a promo code from the app. The person over the speaker asked for and took my code and then told me to wait a minute. The app on my phone said they received my code and then I saw them typing someone else's order on the order screen I was at. When the person came back they said the code was no longer working. I couldn't get a new one because my app said that I used a discount code recently. I was told to pull forward and all the people I talked to were no help. I have never seen such a high level of incompetence or severe lack of customer service or effort in trying to understand the problem they caused. I tried to explain what happened, they used the code/cleared it when they told me to hang on but all they could repeat back was my code wasn't working. I asked them to listen and try to understand what I was explaining to them about what they did and what happened and again they just kept saying the code didn't work. Luckily I wasn't charged since my payment is tied to the app. Do better! Own up when you make a mistake and at least put in even the smallest amount of effort to fix the problem by listening and trying to understand instead of just saying something isn't working.
