when i arrived to my local McDonalds restaurant, it looked seemingly harmless and the ordering process was pleasant to my surprise. it is when we arrived at our place of eating is when the feeling of distraught was fallen upon us... the lovely young man at the drive throu asked us if we wanted ketchup and we said yes! but when we got to our lovely family picnic we were saddened to find out the red sauce was no where to be found. lastly, when we arrived at the menu to place our order, one of our menu items were not displayed. "3c" was supposed to be an order that had a quarter pounder with cheese and all the fixins, but to my female passenger she did not ask to make sure that was included.. so thats not on McDonalds part.. just hers

Rude employees! My girlfriend went to get ice cream and she asked if they had any! The girl in the drive thru rudely told us NO. I asked from the passenger side why don't you have any, is it because it's the morning? She replied to me rudely No! I asked again why? She said it's because the machine is broken. That's all she had to say in the first place! The employees are rude and they never get your order right!

Never thought I'd leave a Yelp review for a McDonald's, but this location deserves it. I work nights and occasionally swing by at 1am for a snack/coffee. The food is hot and fresh, the employees are kind, and the coffee is great. Not what you expect from a drive-thru in the middle of the night, and a VERY appreciated surprise.

The most miserable being works at this location. Her negative energy reaked through the intercom at the drive thru. I almost thought her rudeness was a joke but it clearly wasn't. Maybe it's because she's young-ish or just having a bad day. I was seriously tempted to throw out my zen and curse her out. Oh and they can't bother to finish wrapping up burgers either and their coffee will give you a horrible stomach ache.
I went to google to leave this place a 1 star review and they removed their entire google page! WOW! I had to hunt this place down on yelp to let people know to STAY AWAY from this place. It is poorly ran and customer service is non-existent. Ive never seen so many other customers have the SAME issue and McDonald's have not stepped up to do something! They overcharged my card, I called to get the issue fixed, and they wanted me to come in ( I live 45 minutes away). Why do I need to spend my time, gas, and leave my home to fix THEIR MISTAKE?

Ordered a big mac , after craving it all week . Drove off opened my order to find a 1/4 pounder. It tasted nothing like a big mac. Called them 3 times but no one answered the phone.
