Every time I go there, my order is wrong every time.
The one on 122 is just not nice to just sit and enjoy a meal homeless ppl around

place the mobile order when I got there to pick up the mobile order they had me park because my drinks were not ready. They cashier brought out the drink one of them but did not bring the other one. I question them and they said show me the receipt I explained I did a mobile order and that person just walked away. I went inside and they tried arguing with me even after I showed him the receipt very rudely as well.

I want to preface this by saying that I almost NEVER complain about service; I've worked retail/food service, and I give workers a ton of grace because I know all of the crap they have to deal with. I can handle errors in my orders & servers who are having bad days. I don't feel entitled to a smile, & don't really care if someone is short with me, rushed, distracted, or anything like that. I draw the line at treating me as subhuman.
I wanted to treat myself to a couple Pokemon toy from the Happy Meals today. The signs were all up & I ordered in the app. When I went to the counter to let someone know I was there, I had to wait for several minutes before anyone came by. I'm fine with just waiting; I know fast food places get slammed. But the man who finally came to the counter was incredibly rude. When I told him I was picking up a mobile order, he gave a petulant sigh/huff & stomped away like a child being told to pick up their toys or something, despite him clearly being in at least his 40s. Even this, I'd let go, since people handle stress different ways.
I also made another order with a promo from the app. It took him a while to come back to the counter & he was very rude during that as well. I hadn't used the app for a promo in-store like that before, & he treated me like an idiot.
When I got my food, I checked for my Pokemon activity packs, & he'd given me some Disney parks activity pack things instead. It took another several minutes to get him to come back to the counter, & when I (politely! I'm not an animal!) told him they were supposed to be the Pokemon toys, he literally told me "That's what you get." & WALKED AWAY. I got the distinct feeling that he'd given me the wrong toys on purpose. Normally, I'd chalk it up to the store running out -- but this man's behavior was so egregious that it felt more likely that he'd done it out of spite. Especially with his response!
I wanted to see if someone else would check for the right toys because of his behavior, but I couldn't get anyone else's attention. Another several minutes later, he came back to the counter, & I asked him (again, politely!) if I could please speak to a manager. He told me that was him, & he seemed really cagey about it. Because of his previous & current behavior, & the fact that he wasn't even in a McDonald's uniform -- just a dirty-looking black tshirt -- I highly doubt he's actually the manager, but at that point I was so upset that I decided to cut my losses & go home.
I didn't want the Disney packs to go to waste, so I tried to hand them back to him, & he told me he "didn't want them" because "[I had] already touched them." I suppose that might be company policy for safety reasons, but the disdain in his face & voice, combined with the wording he used, felt targeted & hateful.
I didn't want to make a scene, so I just... took my food & left.
In the amount of time I was there, I saw the same man ignoring something like four other people waiting at the counter for several minutes. When a young man & a woman came up & asked for the bathroom codes, he turned around & walked to the wall (without saying anything) & it took a while for him to call out the codes to both the men's & women's bathrooms, one right after the other, too fast to properly parse, especially since he gave no actual indication that he was looking them up. His tone was also clearly irritated, & he got even more rude (& even started arguing with them) when he was asked to repeat the numbers -- because, again, he yelled them out too fast, back-to-back, & somewhat unexpectedly.
His actions overall made me feel like subhuman garbage, & despite this store being in an area I frequent, I won

McDonald’s is McDonald’s. Only wish they would clean up the homeless people sitting outside, the food is standard for McDonald’s, not much seating inside, service was great. Guy that took our order was not in uniform which was kinda weird but other than that it was great!

If I could give 0 stars I would, DON'T COME HERE if you don't want to have a bad time, the staff is extremely rude, they don't respond to your greeting, you talk to them and they don't have the decency to respond.

Today I went with my coworkers to this place around 11:15am, a lady was trying to order and they ignored her a couple of times, also the man who delivers the orders treated us in a very contemptuous way, he didn't even respond to the greeting, the only thing he said rudely was 'what do you want' he doesn't even have good service. A very bad experience makes for very bad moments!!!
McDonald's just happens to be an supper sized corporation that's grown far beyond what's good for people.. most Employees have nothing to do with those circumstances..!

This place is sad. After a long day I decided to get some lunch and eat in my car. I sat in a parking spot for 20mins before a man came up to me, WITHOUT a McDonald's uniform and yelled at me through my windows telling me " if I was here any longer I'd be towed!" He's saying all this while he can see my bag of food next to me. Then he begins to take a picture of my license while I'm currently driving away. Absolutely insane and ridiculous. I'll never come to this location again.

After a long day I decided to just get McDonald’s to save myself the time of cooking. I placed my order on the app & showed up at around 9:20pm when they said the order would be ready. Well the restaurant decided to close early & when I asked an employee how I would get my money back, they told me it would be an automatic refund. I waited overnight & checked the app (which it says I received my food), I then decided to give the location a call. I explained the situation to the manager on duty today & to my dismay I was told “idk who would ever tell you that, we don’t do refunds for orders on the app, never have.”. Well this wouldn’t be an issue had they canceled my order, but they didn’t. Now I have no way of receiving a refund other than sending an inquiry to an online help system. Essentially stole $17 from me & went to bed without dinner after working since 5am. Thanks!

Go to the Carl's jr. The staff is nicer and your order is actually done when the app says it is. Also they give you more fries

This time the service was 5 stars because I technically served myself! I’m still just young enough to know how to operate that darn touchscreen menu!!! Hey @Mcdonalds I hate those things BTW!!! We all hate them I’m pretty sure.

I placed a Door Dash order, and when the driver showed up to pick up my order, he was told my order was picked up by another driver. I called to ask for clarification to see if my driver would be given a replacement order, and the worker hung up on me. My order was canceled, and now I have to wait a few days for the refund. I didn’t get any coffee, and my grand baby didn’t get her pancakes. :(
