Went through drive- thru and got a root beer and a Diet Dr pepper. After driving off the drive way me and my wife realized the syrup was low. I called them to explain but the person was not understanding me and I told him I don't mean anything rude but I can't understand you cause he had a heavy accent. Then he proceeded to call me stupid in Spanish and hang up.

Horrible! We came through to get a beverage and discovered once we had left that the syrup in their soda had to be replaced. We called to ask them if they would replace the drink and the worker called us stupid. The absolute disrespect is unnecessary.

Came to this location last night to eat at 11pm but realized they closed in doors. We didn’t mind but the worker was clearly irritated with us for trying to open the door. We decided to do a few mobile orders and joined an empty drive thru line, and the worker would just stay quiet and give no response as we read our order numbers. Once our last number was read he told us to just pull up to the last window. We had upgraded our meals to large to gain the monopoly stickers, but our large drinks and one big mac was missing them. We asked the worker if it was over but he just told us “I dont even know anymore”, which sucks cause thats why we paid to upgrade. I understand working late night fast food is tiring but me and my friends were nice and just wanted to eat some food and play monopoly.

Dude literally got pissed at me when I said I didn't want a refill because thr only way they would give a refill was to use an entirely new plastic cup. When he said 'oh no, its fine, I give you new cup', I replied super nicely that it was fine, I would not take a refill if it required using a 2nd cup. He shook his head and looked disgustingly at me. Maybe it's a cultural thing? I spend 2-3 months a year in Mexico and there is not a single place - remote, wilderness or otherwise- that doesn't have garbage strewn about everywhere... I'm sure McDonald's realizes that a lot of consumers would like to see as little landfill waste as possible when they eat out. Maybe cultivate that culture among your employees.
