Jose is a very rude, arrogant person. He’s 20 with 2 kids with 2 baby mommas or something, but I’m not an avid McDonald’s eater but we all have our days. I’ve never ordered through the app and pulled up to the window. Jose said I was supposed to go through the drive thru, and I thought we were in the drive thru and was simply asking if I needed to show him the number on my phone. He rudely said “you need to go back over there my guy and don’t get smart with me!” And proceeded to tell my wife and I about his age (20) his baby mamma (s?) and that a corporate phone call would go to him. Slammed the wondow to his Golden Arches and flipped us off. Great customer service!

Worst location I’ve ever visited the lady spoke for five seconds and ignored us after. Then went on saying hi. Are you going to use the mobile app not responding ever again and then a different gentleman shows up in a truck and she gladly helps him. I ask one of the guys I was taking out the trash and he just pointed and acted like he knew nothing. Either the most unprofessional terrible and disrespectful location I’ve ever visited. Don’t waste your time!!!

They lock their door on one side, so....if you're pulling into the drive-thru side—don't! Their excuse is: too many homeless people!
