There was a woman passed out next to the drive through. When we told the employees at both windows, they pretended they don't speak English. Yes, we're all tired of the homeless drug addicts but if a human being is possibly dying on the premises at least call them some help!

Ice cream machine was "broken" didn't have fries ready. I didn't come during a busy time. Took my order then didn't say anything. I had to guess to move forward. No one at the window and I had to wait before being greeted. No other customers were at the restaurant.

Ordered dinner today through the drive thru and used my McDonald's app. The cashier didn't put my rewards in and had to ask me quite a few times which one I was using. When I got my food the bun was toasted way too long almost to the point of being burnt and the chicken was dry. The only thing I enjoyed from my meal was the Orange Hi-C. Don't think I will get food from this location again very dissatisfied.

Drive thru only open 2r hours. Fine if your not a truck driver heading to work and your car fits thru the drive thru

Big thank you to Sebastian, and his amazing customer service!I had been having a day where everything that could go wrong, did, and I had some issues with my order on Uber, which was icing on the cake, that uber was unable to edit or fix and he answered the phone at McDonald’s, let me explain and fixed the problem and made a very stressful day, much easier and provided a quick easy solution.Thank you again!

The dude could neither speak nor understand English. I waited at the window for 2 minutes then left. He was busy chatting with another worker who looked as if she ate a lot of this food. Burger King was much better.
