Note this review is based on service received 3/2/25 around 8pm. This location has been hit or miss but I had a better than normal experience tonight and that has to do with the staff during this shift. Not only friendly, followed order details entered in app but the food was actually prepared better than normal. I normally visit this location weekdays during lunch hours and have not had good experiences with the "pickup window" as they don't check the order & leave things out and it's impossible to get help because they ignore you at the counter. I started using the drive thru instead & that works better. Wanted to give credit to the crew tonight as they are doing a great job compared to others at that location.

Pretty chilly inside, surprisingly. It was a cold day. But I expected the inside to be warm or at least not cold.

Picked up a delivery order through the drive thru. I saw the bag on the counter by the drive thru window but assumed it was a different order. I was sitting at the window for 8 to 10 minutes. No cars were behind me, the restaurant looked empty. Then someone comes to the window and picks up that same bag that's been sitting there for the last 10 minutes and thanks me and sends me off. Maybe the staff here enjoys cold food but I don't.

Honestly, it’s a lovely place. It was snowing, yet people were still friendly enough. However, the food was pretty bad. The fries weren’t fresh, the nuggets tasted stale and old, and our burgers were definitely not fresh. I understand that it was snowing and still busy, but you turned off all app platforms and still couldn’t manage to make sure the food was fresh. Pretty disappointing for my first time there.

I waited in the drive through for over six minutes at 4:17am. I stopped by because my husband is in the ICU at St. Vincent and I didn't have much time. The auto- prompt asked me if I was using the mobile app and I said "no". After waiting anther 5 minutes I said "Hello?" three times through the intercom, and no response. Pulled forward and found that the cashier (woman) was too busy on her phone to even acknowledge me. When she finally did see me, she fumbled with her phone and wouldn't open the window. No joke The worst customer service ever, there was NONE. Never got to place an order, no one at the second window. I didn't get food.
And there's nothing open at 4 something in the morning.
Thanks but no thanks.
Check my other reviews. They're all pretty nice... but this, was not acceptable

I've had mixed experiences at this particular McDonald's, which depend purely on whomever is managing the location at the time. Sometimes it's fairly fast and efficient, which has mostly been in the afternoon for me. Overall it's a pretty nice location that has a cool-looking fountain and a playplace, while being decently clean. Local children seem to love playing here. However, some nights it can be really slow. Once I went here and several of the customers, including myself, were being ignored while the manager was just walking around not doing anything that seemed specific. Food is typically standard here.

This morning I ordered 2 sausage, egg,and cheese bagels from the drive thru. When I got the bagel sandwiches the sausage patties were so thin. They were 1/4" thick patties . Compared to what is pictured on the menu board . It is unacceptable and to pay $5.90 for it was a rip off. I've had the same bagel sandwiches at other McDonald's locations and the sausage patties were alot thicker. I'm disappointed at this location on cornell rd.

I hate the computerized order takers. I always have a hard time with them and I never feel comfortable trying to get help from the workers in the back, cause It does not look like they give a shit. Now saying that, in this restaurant, the manager did come out to help after I yeld into the kitchen. I told the manager I was having a bad day and said I was sorry, but she didn't look as thought she gave a damn about it. The food was okay !!

Can't provide a rating. My first experience entering a McDonald's since covid. Self service kiosks and no smiling faces. Order was placed at the kiosk with instructions to pay at the cash register. Apparently a shift change just happened and 3 employees walked out the front door. Customers kept entering the lobby but no food had been served so far. Someone, presumably a supervisor advised everyone in line at the register that they were short staffed and had nobody to work the register and that we should order at the kiosk. I asked if we could pay for an order at the register to which he replied "we are short staffed" then he turned and walked away.
Avoid 6 PM.
Really $1, $2, $3 menu costs $4? For a McChicken? Greedy bastards. Never again McDonald's. You're definitely not paying your workers more but you're going to quadruple the price since COVID? You're the problem

I pulled through and sat for 15 minutes with no response,I pull to the window to see a young teenage girl sitting on her phone ignoring the customers. I come through here for a quick late night snack pretty regularly, and now I'm never coming back. I don't want to drive 7 minutes out of my way after to work just to gamble on getting food

I'm happy to have a McDonald's near where I live and I'm lucky that it's one of the best. I really love this place. The staff is very professional with a good attitude. I think that's why there are times when it's very busy, but it's okay. worth waiting for! thank you all for your good service blessings to all
