Large fry barely had any fries, the container was mostly collapsed and when we asked the staff they stated that the new owner requires the fries to be served that way. For over $4 for a large fry, that was ridiculous. Not coming back. Good luck new owner, unhappy customers cost a lot more than a few fries.

It's actually worse, higher prices AND smaller portions. Disgrace. And staff is rude and tells you to use kiosk, they look at you then turn heads and go the other way. One of the worst customer service places period. Too expensive for the small ass portions and with kiosks as an excuse to not talk to or help customers. Every place we go that has kiosks, we turn and walk back out . I'm not spending a dime for piss poor service. Not rewarding more expensive way smaller portions. Don't go here

Note this review is based on service received 3/2/25 around 8pm. This location has been hit or miss but I had a better than normal experience tonight and that has to do with the staff during this shift. Not only friendly, followed order details entered in app but the food was actually prepared better than normal. I normally visit this location weekdays during lunch hours and have not had good experiences with the "pickup window" as they don't check the order & leave things out and it's impossible to get help because they ignore you at the counter. I started using the drive thru instead & that works better. Wanted to give credit to the crew tonight as they are doing a great job compared to others at that location.
