Note this review is based on service received 3/2/25 around 8pm. This location has been hit or miss but I had a better than normal experience tonight and that has to do with the staff during this shift. Honestly, it’s a lovely place. It was snowing, yet people were still friendly enough. However, the food was pretty bad. The fries weren’t fresh, the nuggets tasted stale and old, and our burgers were definitely not fresh. I understand that it was snowing and still busy, but you turned off all app platforms and still couldn’t manage to make sure the food was fresh. Pretty disappointing for my first time there.

I hate the computerized order takers. I always have a hard time with them and I never feel comfortable trying to get help from the workers in the back, cause It does not look like they give a shit. Now saying that, in this restaurant, the manager did come out to help after I yeld into the kitchen. I told the manager I was having a bad day and said I was sorry, but she didn't look as thought she gave a damn about it. The food was okay !!
