so I just got an angry text from my wife saying she got misgendered and harassed by an employee who was complaining about her waiting for our friend to get out of the bathroom after they had just ordered food. as well as being rude regarding us being homeless. so yeah no I will never go to this location again. it's a good thing McDonald's tastes like garbage to me anyways..you all only got only one good item on the menu..the rest is crap. oh and I know places with better fries...read full review
Staff said they couldn't serve me water unless I bought it in the bottle even after I got some food and paid cash. my food came undercooked and later than a person behind me who ordered literally the same thing as me except an extra fry and drink they had.
incredibly poor service, food results, and possibly health threatening issues in their establishment.
i went to get my thank you meal as i am a healthcare worker. I ordered a large dietcoke with it. the kid at the window told me no its a small. i pulled the web page and rold him their own menu says any sizr soft drink. thw continued to argue. i assured him i had gotrenen it before at this mcdonalds. he told mw i didnt know what i was talking about and "my dad is the manager". i told him i didn t care and wanted what was advertised. he responded ill rember your face.......read full review

Note that the restaurant's system updates between 1am-2:30am, potentially causing delays, and cash is only accepted during this time. Parking is plentiful in the off-street lot, and the establishment offers wheelchair accessibility with ground-level spaces near the entrance.
