Always get my order right in the food's very good but people do drugs in the parking lot I've witnessed drug deals and people try to mess with my car in the drive-thru besides that awesome service and awesome food

Ok, so I was here today at 12 pm. Before I even git to the drive thru speaker 2 people hut me up for food or money. Then, I had to pull up for a burger meal. When I was waiting for a house, less man peeing on the window of McDonald's. When food came, it was cold fries, and burger tasted like someone threw it on the ground. Threw everything away
Will never go here again.

The food is good, so there's nothing to complain about that service. i put 4 stars since I had never been inside. The atmosphere is a 1 star due to all the transients and drug addicts around the area, making it unsafe.

UPDATE: I went back to this McDonald's about two months after my initial review and I was pleasantly surprised to be able to change my "STAR RATING" from a "ZERO" to a "5 star status!" The employees were very friendly and helpful, the food was HOT & FRESH, the restaurant/dining room area was CLEAN and WELL CARED FOR. There were a few "houseless" individuals inside the lobby, but I was glad to see the McDonald's employees still treat them with the dignity and respect that they deserve as customers! 😍😁 So I have updated my star review to reflect my most recent experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. They took my order in the drive thru And then waited until the food was already made to tell me that they were not accepting card payments (WHICH THEY DECIDED THAT THEY WERE ONLY TAKING CASH AT THAT EXACT TIME 🤔) so they wasted food, refused my payment and then said they couldn't do anything because OF THE FACT THAT I DIDN'T HAVE CA$H. ZERO stars. Bullshit.

I would give zero stars if possible. My recent experience at this McDonald's was deeply upsetting, particularly given my own two decades of experience in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry. After a long 10-hour shift, I simply wanted a small treat. Instead, I encountered a level of disrespect that left me shaken.
The drive-thru experience was appalling. I sat at the speaker for five minutes without a single greeting, not even a brief acknowledgement. After finally being acknowledged, I waited another 12 minutes in line. When I reached the second window, I was told to circle back because my order code hadn't been entered. Keep in mind, I had already been waiting a significant amount of time. Politely, I explained my frustration and that I wasn't willing to wait again. Rather than any empathy, the staff instead began serving customers behind me, publicly stating that I was holding up the line because I refused to move. This turned other customers hostile towards me, a lone woman late at night, simply trying to get some food after a long day.
This is not how customers should be treated, especially after a long and tiring shift. A simple greeting within a few seconds of arriving at the drive-thru, even just to say "I'll be with you in a moment," would have made a world of difference. Turning other customers against someone just trying to get service is completely unacceptable. I'm sharing my experience on Google, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, because this level of poor customer service needs to be addressed. McDonald's, is this your standard practice? I'm deeply disappointed and offended.

i can’t overstate how bad this place is. service is terrible. 9 people other than me were waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes. takes over half an hour to get food. when my number was called the employee didn’t believe i ordered the food and it took 3 tries to get it. worst run mcdonalds ever.

Manager gave me wrong order and made me wait 30 minutes to not receive my order nor the right one and gave me a nasty attitude because she didn’t want to admit she forgot about our order. Manager was extremely rude and didn’t offer any solution or apology. Food quality was horrible everything came stale.
