The hispanic lady who works drive through is always super rude. Her and her manager are always charging for sauces. She couldn’t give me a handful of ketchup for free then she argued with me about 25 cents and still gave me a whole bag of ketchup. I went through drive through and asked for a small handful of ketchup and she tried charging me 35 cents for bbq sauce I told her I don’t want bbq just ketchup. Makes 0 sense and honestly, she should be fired. Any other time I come here when they aren’t working I do not receive this poor service. The day time people are the only ones who charge for sauces. Only when they work. I just came through to get food and needed some ketchup and they were tryna charge me for sauce when I could’ve walked in the same establishment and just grabbed a handful myself for free.

Edit: 8/28/25:
Placed an order on DoorDash and they took absolutely AGES. Nearly an hour for the order and didn’t answer the phone when we tried calling. This restaurant is absolutely horrible.
Everytime I’m here after two am they tell me they’re not taking orders for twenty minutes. Ridiculous. Get a different job if you don’t feel like taking orders. I selected no wait time cause I got stuck in the drive thru while the people in front of me got served.

I ordered breakfast sandwiches paid cash she gave me the wrong order and didn’t want to exchange the order nor give me my money back. You guys really need to train your employees they act like the own the restaurant they kept arguing that the receipt shows what she ordered but what I ordered wasn’t what they printed it’s not my fault they didn’t hear me or understand what I asked for.

Ice cream sundays are not as they are advertised. They only fill the cup 1/2 the amount they are supposed to. I’d post a picture but of course you can’t do that here.

Came for a plain Sunday. The amount of ice cream they put in the cup was about 1/2 the normal size. I said something and she said no that’s what you get. If I could upload photos I would . $4.00 for this is ridiculous. They advertise a full Sunday cup. But not here.

The workers are extremely rude even though we wanted it for dine in they fixed it to go. We ordered blueberry pies and they didn't even have any ready. They were rude about that and then argued with us over not giving all of our drinks. We even had the receipt and everything we got on the table. Then she told her coworker we must have hit the wrong stuff even though we had already paid. Now we are constantly getting dirty looks and rolling their eyes at us. Not very professional if you ask me. May e McDonald's should hire people that actually take pride in their work and customers

Worker gave me Soviet Union portion for my “extra” full McFlurry to the point a third of the container was full, when I told her about it she BS’d me and said that’s how they usually do it.
Somehow they managed to stoop lower than expected at McDonald.

Past three times they’ve forgotten our sauces and completely got our toppings wrong on burgers, annd our fries two orders of fries are completely opaque not even cooked? and then they don’t know how to listen when ordering just putting in whatever they want or is easiest. The continuous lack of care is getting annoying.
