Went here 1/1/2026 at 10am. The guy taking the order sounds like he is being held against his will. Sounds so lazy and looks like he dosent wanna be there. Also they forgot my hash brown. My order was 4 breakfast muffins and a hash brown. Not even a big order and still they mess it up. How?

They never fill the drinks all the way & my foods always Luke Warm at best!! I'm never coming back to this location ever again!! I have given them several chances and I'm done! It doesn't matter whether it's breakfast lunch or dinner or even what time you go!!

Placed an order at 4:30 am this location advertised 24 hours the doors are locked and the drive through as been coned out and been waiting In the parking lot still (it’s currently 5:10 in the morning) Edit it’s 5:20 now and still not open. To the person who picked up and said they will move the cones after 10 minutes lie Don’t come to get your breakfast at this location if it’s early before 8 am

This location constantly charges you for things like dipping sauce, but then does not actually put it in your bag.you always have to check your receipt and check everything in your bag before you leave which is not convenient. They should know how to get an order right. Today they charged me again for dipping sauce, but I didn’t get the dipping sauce and then also charge me to for a donation that I was never asked about. I will never go back to this location as I’m tired of them taking my money for things I don’t receive, and charging me for things I didn’t ask for. This happens to many times

It's 6:30 pm and I came for the special grinch meal for my daughters, the service was terable and really made me sick the way we were treated. This ruined the entire experience for us. Employee's like that should not be working costermer service if they decide to treat other's like the way they treated us today. My daughter's meals were incomplete and we had to ask for several items that should have been included. They also did the same to another costumer. You'd think that McDonald's is a happy place until Employees like that come and ruin it.

The fries were old. Looks like they were sitting for awhile. It was dry and hard. Will be our last time going to that store on 181st.
I had a terrible experience at this McDonald's. When I pulled into the drive-thru, the employee started yelling, "What you want, ma boy?" and using profanity when he couldn't hear my order. I calmly completed my order, then approached the window to ask why he was being rude and to request his name. The older cashier who came in after a few seconds to the window informed me that he didn’t have a name because he was a minor. I then asked her for the manager's number, but she refused to give it to me. I insisted that I would not leave until she gave it to me. She remained rude and told me I was no longer welcome at the restaurant. She then asked me to come inside to pick up my food, which I declined, and I ended up blocking the drive-thru for a while. The customer who approached my car to ask me to move told me that he had the same experience, but he had to come here because he works a few blocks away. I still need the manager's number to file a formal complaint about their customer service. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER.

I ordered two Mc double meals and when I got home, I realized that they did not give me the four piece nuggets for each meal that goes with it and I don’t live close to that McDonald’s and I keep calling and the phone is busy so it’s probably off the hook Very disappointed
