Only sweet tea you can find in that part of the country. It always tastes the same, no matter where or what part of the country you are in. We did the dri e through for each location we visited and only got the sweet tea, half cut!

Had gone in 5/6 at 9:40 pm to grab some food on my way home back to Washington. About a 45 minute drive. When I got to the intercom I waited over 6 minutes, finally said “hello?” And a very rude person came on the intercom “what do you want.” Brushing it off I started to make my order and he yelled at me to “wait.” And then eventually came back starting my order. I ordered 2 $5 value meals, one a McDouble and the other a McChicken. When I asked for the sauce he said he was “lost” confused on why he was lost and said the sauce I wanted and he continued to say he was lost over and over again. I finally said that the meal comes with chicken nuggets so I wanted a sauce with the nuggets. Very rudely said something snarky under his breath and I continued with the McDouble. I said I wasn’t no cheese. He didn’t even ask me to pull forward or anything, didn’t tell me my total till I got to the window to pay. He said I owed him $13.80. For what?? 5+5=10. He then claimed that I asked for a quarter pounder, which was true but I corrected myself when making the order. When I said this he yelled at me saying “you asked for extra beef, so I put extra meat on your sandwich. And slammed the window. I pulled up to grab my food and drove off.
I had tried to call the store 5 times, finally after the 6th call I got ahold of someone who couldn’t speak English apparently. I asked for a manager and he claimed to be the manager, when I voiced my concerns all he said was “yeah.” And “uh huh.” And demanded to speak to a real manager and he handed the phone of to someone else, another very incompetent person who thought the situation was funny and joked the whole phone call, when I stated that a window was slammed in my face he yelled over the phone “THAT WAS ME, WOMAN”. I hung up the phone, I have never had such an unpleasant experience.
I have taken this to corporate, and they have sent my review to the store owner.
5/6 @ 8 05 AM Hispanic manager that is here today was extremely rude and unprofessional . My order was missing an item the day before and when I realized they made a mistake (never handed me my receipt) I called to let them know since I live a little far from this location. The manager that answered the phone took my info down so I could come in today for a replacement breakfast sandwich instead . I agreed to this offer and since they wrote my information down thought it would be something simple. This manager yelled at me through the drive thru saying she was here all day the day before and doesn’t remember messing up my order. Also accusing me of just wanting free food . I stayed professional the entire interaction but she came at me like I was trying to scam them .I showed them my call log the number matches up to this store but she kept insinuating I was lying . Not sure who gave her the position she has but clearly she needs to step down if she gets this defensive every time. Not to mention she stepped away from the register to talk about me with staff to get a reaction out of me . Sorry but not everyone stoops down to your level !
I walked in the dining room around 1:20 PM on Friday afternoon, 4-25-25. I stood at the counter and waited to place my order, but no one helped me. I watched several employees walk by me and even look at me. Then the female manager with glasses told me I have to use the KIOS and I told her I can't and need assistance. She gave me an attitude and I was forced to wait even longer just to place my order! She finally came over to take my order and my order number was 220 and was placed at 1:45 PM. Then I waited another 10 minutes or longer before my food was ready. I ordered my double cheese burgers with no Ketchup and mustard but they put them on my burgers. When I tried to get it corrected I was ignored.
This is the worst McDonalds in the Portland/Gresham area and I will never go back. I also plan on making a complaint with the corporate office about that female manager with glasses. She needs to be fired. She's so rude to the customers.
This isn't the best location. Staff seemed rushed to get our order out. Tried completing our order when I was still ordering more items. French fries didn't seem salted and chicken burgers seemed dry. Oh and we were short one chicken nugget from kids 6 piece.

Mcdonalds, deffo my last resort in terms of quick bite, but they are always quick.
I ordered food at 3am.. at 445 am they said they couldnt make it that it was past the time! The most horriable customer service! It should NOT take them 2 hours to make food! And then to be denyed my food because it was past the time? I have never heard of a restraunt doing this!

It's a classic Mickey Dee's. The food is horrible for your body but so delicious in your mouth! That's why I had to give it a 3. To be honest, if they would just get a couple poker machines in there, I would rate them at a 5 despite the lack of health benefits. But alas, someone in the government has to pretend to have scruples!

Sometimes McD has deals and if you take advantage you can eat cheap. You always know what you're getting, the place and especially restrooms are always clean. That matters. I go to MCD maybe 4 times a year . There's a reason they are everywhere around the world .
