This location is the worst I've ever seen, and I am from SE Portland. They don't give free refills in the dining room anymore, they make you order before you can use the bathroom, and they are selling small coffees as mediums. I know a 12 Oz cup when I see one, I worked food service for over a decade. The manager was incredibly rude to several people in the lobby, and myself when I went back in to get my medium drink. He tried to tell me it's 16 Oz. Nope. The cup has an M on it, it doesn't say the ounces it holds. They are scamming people

Please for the love of god stop leaf blowing trash everywhere. Waiting for the bus stop there is terrible and I’m getting pelted with trash or asked to move so more trash can be blown around. Once the gas leaf blowing ordinance goes in to affect I will be sure you comply.

Drive-thru is a little tight for bigger vehicles. No complaints but no compliments either.

It's located in a funky spot really busy and it's some what In a small parking lot. But overall the customer service was fine.

The food costs more at this McDonald's, which honestly seems counterintuitive. Higher cost for slower service, longer drive through lines, no outside trash cans (unless you are referring to the ground, because that is where you'll find the trash), the worst staff in the history of jobs, and did quality so low, I couldn't coax a dog to try a French fry. This is hands down the worst McDonald's in the Western hemisphere.

Although I would recommend the fentanyl at this location if you haven't tried it! There's sure to be a decent selection if having options appeals to you, and it's priced slightly lower than market value, even with all this crazy inflation.

So I guess there's 1 small victory for this location.

Id call it "the Ronald McDonald trap House"

Vegetarian options: Large fentanyl selection 👍

Parking: Adults 18 and up only please!

Kid-friendliness: Very unfriendly to the tykes & tots

Wheelchair accessibility: Probably not. Unless you want to sell your wheelchair. This could be a good place to do that!

This McDonald’s is chaotic and sometimes dangerous. It’s not uncommon to witness drug use or police presence here. And yet amidst it all, the employees are personable and noticeably efficient. Orders are always correct, service is quite friendly given the atmosphere, and it’s like a beacon of light in the dark cave that is Burnside.

Burnt food. Rotten tomatoes. Homeless people changing naked in the restaurant. Expensive food that tastes like crap. Last time I buy McDonald's.

Remember when fast food used to be fast? Can’t get your food here in under 20 minutes even if they were overstaffed and you were the only customer

Braxton and Cormac are amazing at what they do, they always get my order correct and fast, they’re cooperative and work well together. Will be coming here again!

I won't eat here anymore, why would you force people who pay $10+ for breakfast to eat in the rain and cold. Your walk up window has people breathing in exhaust from the drive-through. Your walk up window has no protection from the rain. As a patron i have to crouch to talk to the person in the window, its set way too low.
You people prioritize drive-through over non-driving people. I will miss McDonald's breakfast but won't miss this horrific experience. When you people do have the lobby open its filthy... seldom a clean table.
