They saved breakfast for us after the McDonald's on 181st and Powell wasted 35 minutes of my time. Food was hot and fresh. Service was quick and polite. I will be going to this location from now on.

The worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. For the years I’ve been in the area, this McDonald’s has been consistently bad. It’s a regular occurrence that your order will be messed up or incomplete. If you’re lucky your order is complete and your fries are cold. Normally I’ve just shrugged it off. Last night, I had enough. After a long day at work I swung though for a quick dinner, only to get home and have the bag break as I was getting out of my car, and that’s when I saw my order wasn’t even complete. I picked up the food and drove back to the restaurant, placed the order on the counter and asked for a refund. I was told they “don’t do refunds.” I left the food and left without a refund. $21. They would rather keep $21 and lose a customer, than to make things right. I will not be back

Constantly gets your order wrong make sure to check you order before leaving. But they are very nice and fast. They just rush through the orders and get them wrong. The problem is usually later at night during the day they’re usually pretty good with the orders.

The manager on duty doesn't understand how to manage. If this place even has a management. I wouldn't use this location if I had choices im not from the area

The general manager is borderline Committing a crime with unreasonable searches of people's identities. In addition, they say, they do not refunds taking someone's money and refusing to give it back. Is a crime it's called theft. Now you're on notice if my money is not returned. 24 hours from the transaction of today. I will be notifying law inforced. Will someone from the corporate office Please reach out to me in an email. So we can discuss what happened at this location today. Thank you.

The River City Dude (The Dude)

I cannot sit down and eat my food in the lobby of this restaurant because of all the alarms going off. Very unpleasant here. Kiosk seldom works for me and they won’t take your order at the counter. The hell is that! Since they prioritize drive-through, I will never be in this lobby and try to eat again because it’s faster just to go through the drive-through.

The staff is awful. They didn't want to make our order because it it was large. They messed up our order on top of that. All the drink's were wrong. Took over an hour. I generally take this stuff with a grain of salt but this was extra. Don't work somewhere you don't want to. Grow up.

They gave my order wrong 2x at that then a heavy set girl at the drive thru was rude came out yelling at me to move my car from a spot that is not reserved for drive thru. Nd when i went inside there was a lot of playing around in the kitchen horrible experience i rather drive further then to get treated like that poor customer service everyone including management need to get retrained. There lucky I'm even giving them 1 star cause they don't even deserve that.

Communication was lacking in the team. I waited nearly 30 minutes because they skipped my order. I'm very paitent but i am disappointed. They made up for it with nuggets. The young girls were very polite but the older lady was kind of disrespectful to her coworkers.

Check your order! I ordered & got home with long order. They don't give what you ordered! Ordered a double cheese bacon meal. Got a double cheese. No bacon. Meat was over cooked & dry. No lettuce or tomatoes. Nasty! The fries were plain! No flavor! No salt! They are charging alot of money for what I had to put in the trash! NASTY!

She told me the menu doesnt work lol. What am I supposed to do with that? Guess you dont get my money. 11/11/25 didn't even care or try to fix it lmao. Was more than happy to not have to take someones order. Great business.

this is the ONLY location where NONE of my codes for points or discounts work. i have tried 3x in the past for 20% off $15 or more and it somehow is “invalid” every single time. my code for my free items never seem to work…like whats going on?! their system is so messed up.
