I usually stop for breakfast every morning. However over the last few week the biscuits at 630 am every morning are hard as a rock. No one wants to pay 10 bucks for a rock bacon egg and cheese. **UPDATE**Went to try again today, you think bacon egg and cheese biscuit. They been making them since 1986, how could that be messed up..SO mine came with sausage and no cheese or bacon......Like little kids could do better than this at a lemonade stand.

Today, I placed an order at McDonald's and had to wait for 30 minutes to receive it. By the time I got my order, the shake had already become warm and was undrinkable. I ended up throwing it away because the long wait ruined the entire experience. I expected better service and quality, especially when it comes to food that should be served fresh.

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, with 2 extra patties and no bun. I'm on a low carb diet because I am diabetic. I got a regular double quarter pounder with cheese, without the modifications I paid for.
I also ordered a shamrock shake with no whip cream for a coworker, and recieved a pink smoothie with whip cream.
When I called to inform them of the mistake, the person said they were closed and couldn't help me despite it being a 24 hour location.
I do not recommend eating at this location if you can avoid it.

Was asked to pull over to wait for food. Waited 15minutes before going to find out that our food was given to a different person. And since when do they out shredded lettuce on a quarter lb burger. Oh and what happened to the pickles. And the fries are over cooked. Hard. Can’t even eat them. This location has gone down hill badly.
