Came through the drive-through to get my son a happy meal with the app because we had a free one and it’s struggling times don’t have much money, but I wanted to get my son something for lunch as we’re going through the drive-through. The person on the speaker tells me that the code isn’t working so I asked if I could talk to a manager as I pull up the window. The lady is immediately rude tells me that my code is invalid. I restart the app multiple times to show her that that’s the code is giving me. She tells me she doesn’t know what to tell me and that I have to pay for the happy meal. I tell her that we’re hurting really bad on money and I am using the app to specifically get my son a happy meal. She’s still proceeds to tell me she doesn’t care and that the app isn’t working and she can’t do anything about it. Manager by the name of Juana I believe. All I was trying to do is get my son something to eat for lunch. He’s 3 1/2 pretty crazy that even with showing you that it’s on your guys and not mine that the lady would still continuously be rude and tell me she doesn’t care about my kid. It’s literally a happy meal and the fact that she couldn’t do anything even override it is insane to me.

This McDonald's located on 82nd Southeast Foster road never seems to let me down. the one thing I would like to change would be that breakfast would be served all day like some other McDonald's do, because I don't eat meat so there's not a lot of options except for breakfast stuff that I can get, besides the fish sandwich. just putting it out there. My boyfriend loves their caramel frappes because they make them they should make them. very deliously!

The food is Mcdonalds and typically what I expect from this fast food place. The only reason for the 3 stars in the food department is to give room for growth.

Service: the people are rude and judgemental. My friend and I were visiting here to grab a quick bite, use the restroom and get back to work. My friend had to use the restroom really bad, so she went and asked the cashier. She said yes and was going to open the door. The cleaning person asked the cashier is she had paid for anything yet. She has been here before and normally orders her food before hand until it kept being received cold. She had given me permission to say this, her bowels don’t have the steadiest movements. So she asked to use the restroom beforehand this time. From what we saw, she paid and the cleaning guy immediately went into the restroom. She waited outside the door that was cracked open patiently and just simply told the gentleman that she paid and needed to use the restroom asap. I think there was a language barrier, he closed the door. She waited outside and got let in a few minutes later. As she was using the restroom an employee opened the door and said it was time for her to go. She replied no she is a paying customer and her bowels are not doing good right now. The employee kept on saying can she go out please there are other customers and she has been in there 30 minutes. She informed the employee, that she was going to record the conversation, so she did. It is 2 1/2 minutes long of this employee telling her she has to leave. My friend replied back she is a paying customer. After 2 1/2 minutes she left and let my friend know that she has to leave the restroom in 5 minutes, she sighed and closed the door.

We understand this location has locks on their restroom door because of drug use on 82nd. We understand they are trying to protect their customers. This is was a little bit of a rough day for her and instead of going to work she may have to go home and change clothes.

What we are hoping will happen.
People asking to use the restroom get let in to use the restroom.And people can get their food hot to order when the come out of the restroom so they can actually enjoy it.

No refills, the only McDonald's on the planet to not do refills. Also I dinned in got my delivery tent and sat at my table for 15 minutes. I had to go up to the counter to ask where my food was. It was sitting there for a while apparently because it was cold by the time I got it.

The manager and staff did an excellent job of handling my frustration and getting me my large order. I was upset and they handled it with such grace and professionalism. The manager working on 7/1 in the afternoon is excellent. I highly recommend supporting this McDonald’s.
