They charge what are obviously customers for freakin water and sauce. What is this, Europe? I thought this was America! Also, homeless people will sit next to you just to beg for money, and not leave.

I asked for no cheese and when I got to the cashier and reviewed my order they had it wrong, so we fixed it and I paid. At the next window I picked up my food and it was wrong. There would not have been enough time to remake my sandwich between windows. The cashier never fixed my order. Very upsetting.

First time eating inside. A bit taken with individual ordering kiosks...appreciated the associate stepping up to take my order. Very nice, clean, most impressed with the way every customer, including the people on the street who came in to purchase food, were welcomed, and served. A classy. staff!

6/23/2025 I ordered a filet of fish meal at about 12am on my way home from work. When I arrived home and opened my fish sandwich , it was only a bun, cheese and extra sauce and no fish. I tried calling them many times and no one answered. I have never experienced anything like this before from anyplace I have patronized. I don’t see a receipt, I will check my car. I’m taking this back when they open. I should be refunded for my entire meal. This is unacceptable.

Got a McFlurry, and hot fudge sundae with a double cheeseburger. Burger was barely even warm and the Mcflurry was only mixed on the very top and wasn't full size. (Pic after 2 scoops on the side.)
They were fairly busy, but if you can't do your job well and take your time, why bother of the customer isn't happy? The other reviews show this is a regular occurrence for this location. I won't be back.
