They often get my orders wrong and they don’t care. My last visit they did not put any onions when I ordered extra, the extra Patti that I paid for, and the pickles. They also forgot that I ordered it without ketchup. I have pictorial proof below. my shamrock Oreo McFlurry was just that vanilla stuff with a big glob of green goop in the middle and almost no cookie stuff at all just a little bit of dusting. It’s supposed to be green and full of chunks of Oreo cookies as you can see below, mine wasn’t.
I tried to call the location, but they never ever ever answer their phone. And if you complain in person after you’ve left, they won’t do anything if you drive back. I wrote to mcdonalds.com and I got a form letter back saying they would let the location know. When I wrote them back again and said for that location doesn’t care, I got the same form letter back again
Once we ordered a bunch of food, including 3 packages of three each sugar cookies. We got charged for nine cookies, but they only put three in. We noticed it as we were pulling out of the parking lot and got back in line and they wouldn’t give us the other six cookies because we had driven away.
Sometimes in the morning they don’t cook their hashbrowns all the way if they’re in a hurry. Not only are they not crisp and instead floppy, but very very greasy. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I’m 70 years old

Stay away. Please for the love of god. All the workers were pissed having to help. I had to wait 10 minutes to get a bathroom code, and 15 minutes for a chocolate milk. Also someone was yelling about their meal being messed up, and the workers were super reluctant to fix it. To top it off, there were like 6 other people waiting, and we all stood there for 10-15 minutes with no acknowledgement from staff. It’s absolutely RIDICULOUS how bad the service is. I’m never going to McDonald’s again.

I never write bad reviews but I've been coming here for a while now, never had any problems. today the manager accused me of stealing after presumably losing my order. he refused to help me at all despite showing him my receipt, as well as being genuinely very rude. I work service too so I get tensions can get high, but accusing a paying regular customer of stealing is pretty past what id consider to be acceptable.
I would give this zero stars if I could. The cashier at the register was extremely rude, ignoring me while I was asking her questions about one of my orders, treating me as if I was a burden, and was not helpful or cheerful at all when I asked her if I could switch my order to something else, and she switched it without asking me what I wanted for a sauce or a drink, and when I tried to ask she cut me off and talked to a different person on the intercom. Regardless, it was terrible service, and on top of that, my food was cold and I only had a two minute drive back to work. Do not waste your time here.

This place is disgusting. Stopped to get a quick bite over the weekend and the place was packed with homeless people, which in itself is not a problem for me, except one of the young women was tripping hard and ranting loudly at the customers, with her pants around her ankles and pissed herself right there in the middle of the restaurant. The staff did not seem to care at all, so they must have to deal with this constantly.

absolutely horrid service. they gave me the wrong order twice, and then when I tried to replace the 2nd one they said they don't have the proper one. they refused to remake it. as a delivery driver this harms our ratings...
