My young son came here to experience his first time buying McDonald’s through the drive-through by himself the young lady I’m assuming is the manager because she had a gray shirt couldn’t even acknowledge him of simple customer service it was his first time doing this by himself. He had the worst experience ever she couldn’t even give him a smile. This happened on July 19, 8:45 PM.

I went through drive through and had to call them to see if they were open. Ordered a sausage. Mcmuffin and got a ham and egg mcmuffinot. Really impressed with the customer service and also when you order something, you're looking forward to it and you open the bag and something completely different. I know fast food is stressful and I paste. But it's ongoing occurrence having 3 times here first time.I was like okay.Second time maybe it will happen again.Third time, definitely there's something going on.Management needs to look at this please

Fyi this location refuses to give water to paying customers without charging a 25 cent fee for a small or $1 for a large! Super gross to nickel and dime your customers like that. Shame on them! I won’t be back.

I commute from St John's to Woodstock and stop in for breakfast on my way home and there's never anyone to take my order, says open 24hrs and I can see people, they just don't want my money I guess. I won't be stopping at this location anymore. Should probably just shut it down.

this is my first time at this mcdonald's location, whoever they have working the windows today met me with excellent service. aside from the two nice employees, i took a bite into the juicest quarter pounder i have ever had in my life. my mouth was watering over a fast food burger. chef deserves a pay raise! thank you

Place is a lie and a joke 24 hours just got told to leave and I work nights a joke and also false advertisement!!! I’m done I went to the McDonalds on Columbia that’s also 24 hours told me yesterday they’re closed for 10 min screw all McDonald’s they have no customer service anymore they don’t care about the customer at all I’ll eat something else never again will I give McDonald’s my business
