Got a raw burger qtr pounder and brought it back. Instead of apologizing they told me I need to ask to order well done??? In what world does anyone want to risk food poisoning for a McDonald's burger and you don't even have the option of how to order the meat. They are tripping here.

This is hands down the best McDonald’s in Portland. If you are a McDonald’s Diet Coke regular….. this is the one to go to. They have the formulation down better than other stores. The service is always great! My favorite McDonald’s 💕

This McDonald's on Nw Yeon st. In Portland Or. Was my very 1st job 28 years ago. Only went here to show my son my first job the day I turned 16. Decided to order food. Inside looked great, clean, no odor, but I ordered the new happy meal for my son, that came with a collectable item in it, a special shake. It cost almost $17.00 and 40 extra chicken nuggets (shhhh... lol) and a Mcflurry. Got the Mcflurry, (average) all (50) kids meal came with 10, were, room temp, got not a single dipping sauce, AND didn't even get the collectable item for getting the special happy meal. Shame for spending, $37.22

I've spend so much money with McDonald's over the years it's probably a shame on me and the one time I have a problem with my order to get it fixed without having to fight or hassle about it in a place where I spend so much money . I respect so much . Good location , great manager and clean environment . The manager Mercedes has everything running nicely . 👍🏿
