Every morning I stop by to order my plain no creamer add a shot of espresso iced coffee and the lady is always a vision. And hilarious as all heck.

Most McDonald's only offer drive thru service only. Their drive thru is fairly fast. I gave them a ding because they do not offer dine in service. Other restaurants offer dine in at 50 percent capacity

Told to go to drive-thru and when I got there they said be right there and ignored me for 5 minutes. Left so cars could get their orders in. Also took 4 phone calls to get someone. They need to have some staff that is willing to put in the work for customer service.
WORST MCDONALDS IVE EVER BEEN TO!the customer service was horrible , i ordered a mcflurry and the guy puts the m&m on top pf the cup snd im just like are you serious why didnt you blend the m&m with the ice cream? he said because of covid and that he didnt know he was suppose to blend it . this is a joke .

They gave me fries that were stale, cole and old. Had to go back through the drive thru, was told it would be a couple minutes for fresh fries. Ended up waiting 5 minutes so my meals were cold and gross by then! Customer service (4⭐) food quality (1⭐)

They have semi parking and walk in orders for truckers. I do wish the restrooms were available for use.

I waited at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes straight yelling "hello? Hello?" Into the speaker with only little responses coming back from the employees, I pulled up to the window where I saw 4 employees smoking a cig in the common area after that I said I'm outta here n drove off after waiting almost 20 mins for 3 water cups! NEVER EVER COMING BACK HERE, by far the worst McDonald's I have seen in my whole entire life, should be shut down immediately.
