Not the biggest fan of McDonald's but find myself eating there allot these days. Using the app combined with deals really helps when me in funds. This particular McDonald's though stands above and beyond with their service. Current employees appear clean, compatant , and enthusiastic to help serve customers. No doubt this has to be because of the manager that has worked here for a long time. My friend asked for his name and we were told its John. He is always moving at a speed hard ti find in employees theses days. He's also very knowledgeable and whenever ive had an issue his attitude was what I'd expect from a world class fast food restaurant. No doubt an excellent roll model. I've seen him be an employees that id kill to hire for a long time and been meaning to leave a review for moths. Thank you John for making this a great choice to spend my hard earned money. I appreciate how tight ive seen you run your restaurant. Thanks

Big fan of McDonald's but this is by far the worst location I have ever been too I've gone multiple times and ordered delivery and every time they mess up and forget something barely give any fries never give the sauces I buy... Forget to put utensils and napkins when requested. I mean come on how hard is it to do the bare minimum at a minimum wage fast food place do better ..

Hispanic girl with the fake nails needs to check her attitude, you’re in the service industry. Forgot my nuggets the first time I came around so I came back around to get them, having to wait an additional 15 mins. Give me attitude for asking for something they forgot, no apology just straight attitude. Asked for the sauce they also forgot and she scoffed, rolled her eyes, like I’m not entitled to what I PAID for.

Terrible, I waited 30 minutes waiting for an order. They take a very long time to fulfill orders. There were 7 more people in the queue with me. It was a very long time. I do not advise.

Pretty slow. There's also a time limit in the dining area. Wich may only be enforced when staff is being prejudice based upon someones socio-economic status. I could be wrong though.

The only time that the food or service is acceptable here is when the guy with the long ponytail works. He is amazing! The rest of the employees are garbage and rude and they always mess orders up. Today I ordered a cheeseburger with only meat & cheese (no bun, no ketchup, no mustard, no pickles, no onions)... THREE times they handed me an incorrect order. The third time I just gave up. But here is a picture of my cheeseburger clearly showing the onions that the employees tried to wipe off. SMH I'm done putting my hard earned money into horrible places that don't appreciate or respect their customers.... The ones that make it so they have a paycheck!

It has been like 4 years since I had been to a McDonald's. I really like the one on Powell Blvd. near the high school. The $5 value meal was really good. It hit the sopt just right.. I will definitely be going back there to eat again. Maybe next time I will get the Filet-O-Fish sandwich.

I got some cream and 2 dr peppers and the cashier dident know what 6 - 5.53 was and had to get the manager. The they took 5 minutes to get just 2 dr peppers
