When you dont work at McDonald's yet they want you to order at a kiosk and it takes 10 minutes. Non existent service. Bathrooms need a code but employees wont answer when you ask for a code. You can literally open the door with the code and there's no lock. I walked in on someone. They even keep the ketchup behind the counter and employees are annoyed when you ask for anything. Probably because they are over worked and under paid. Worst experience ever.

I can only say their service was terrible, absolutely awful. The fried chicken I ordered was still frozen inside, with ice cubes, and so was the bread. I went back to explain, but nobody paid any attention to me. I saw several other people inside, but nobody acknowledged me. I will never go to any of their restaurants again. I'm so disappointed.

The employees here need to be trained to take orders in the right order and also maybe actually do there job and make peoples food or coffee right. It is ridiculous that I can't even get anything right from this place I just waist my money on shity food and drinks fix your employees!

Make wait 10min on Carrier even we order mobile order compare people order voice on speaker get food faster. So mobile order worthless or staff cant read mobile order?
My order here is incorrect about 40% of the time, you basically have to beg an employee to even look at you, and occasionally you will wait 1+ hours, even if you ordered ahead on the app.
I submitted a complaint through the link on the website, which they advise on all complaints on this google pin, and I received no contact at all. The link to the form is just a sad excuse for them to look like they are addressing these issues, when in fact, they just ignore them. Please stop blowing smoke up the Internet's you-know-what.

I go to McDonald’s for two reasons - consistency in food and quick service. Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes for two coffees and a breakfast sandwich. It is frustrating to watch door dash orders being picked up constantly, while those that actually made an effort to leave their house and get the food in person are left waiting. And no acknowledgement of the wait, or an apology.

If you go through drive thru of course they’ll ask you to pull into a spot for now vital reason other than to reset their timer so they look better for corporate. Annoying.
