Every time I go through the drive thru they have me park and bring the food out. It’s fast food, and often nobody is in line behind me. Dreadful service.

I just went to buy a sandwich for my son and I'm ordering it and we were undecided for less than a minute what else we were going to order, another car arrived and they left me waiting and they attended to the other car since they finished serving it they wanted to serve me again and that's not fair my money is worth as much as anyone else's😡😡😡

They have gotten the drink order wrong repeatedly, leave out requested items from door dash, and can't even wait until 11 to stop serving breakfast. Apathy combined with ineptitude.

Drive-thru attendant put in a lg sprite for a lg fry, then added the lg fry to the sprite when all I ordered was the fry to begin with. Got to the pay window and was told 12.48 when it was actually 4.48. I was given a receipt without having to request it though, that was nice. At the pick-up window, the female passing out food just stuck it out the window without even looking up. When I asked her for ketchup, she was visually disturbed that I required further interaction, and handed out three packets as though they were something nasty going to mess up her fake nails. She never did make any verbal contact... Although, I can't say I was remotely surprised given her general appearance and our skin tone differences. The fries themselves were hot, barely full and well salted. Basically a decent medium in a large box... half were dark and over fried, too crispy, while the other half were partially if not totally soggy. They were edible though. I have definitely had much worse.

Depending on what time of the day and what day of the week you go through their drive-through or in their lobby will be dependent upon who serves you and that will be dependent upon the experience that you have at this McDonald’s because it is night and day depending on who is working, let me tell you!! Therefore, this is a tough review to give because well I would like to give them one star for everything for the crappy experience and the bad employees that worked there I’d like to give them five stars for the great employees and the good experiences that I have there, but I can’t do that because It’s simultaneously just like I said, depends on the time and day, so I went with three stars for everything!!! :(:(:( hope that helps future diners of this location.
So, just remember if you happen to get stuck with the wicked witch of the East one morning with her wiry gray hair (I’m not kidding when I tell ya that the thought has definitely crossed my mind on more than one occasion with the fear that if one of those wiry gray hairs were to break loose from her school that it could very well puncture my skin and I could bleed to death with her voodoo magic;). Lmfao!! JK, not really though;)
But don’t trip my pretties bc there is a good chance that the next time you take your chariot through that drive-through hell for a late night snack or an early morning frappe and egg McMuffin , that the evil witch’s , good sister will be working the window and I am not kidding when I tell ya that this lovely lady more then makes up for her meanie evil sister with her kindness towards ya all’s fur babies alone!!! She makes my fur baby a giant soft serve, chicken nugget sundae with whip cream every time, without fail!!! She’s got my girl spoiled rotten :)

Went through the drive-through window. Told the lady my order 4 times, and she still couldn't get it correct I asked if she could hear me? And she said she could. When I got to the window, they still didn't have my order right, and tried giving things that Ididn't order. My large order of fires probably could've fit in a small fries bag. Cold sandwiches and no napkins. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone or will I ever go there again!
