If I could give them 0 starts I would. We watched them help other people on foot and they refused to help us. Not only did they not serve us but wouldn’t even show us the respect of talking to us . McDonald’s workers at this location treat anyone as if they are less than but they are the most unprofessional and rude service employees I’ve ever come across. Saving the world one burger at a time - get a life and learn what customer service is. McDonald’s should be ashamed that they have such ignorant and “simple” motions working for them. Pathetic experience everyone I come here.

I ordered through Uber eats so it’s not like I’m at the restaurant to fix the issue how do you get an entire order wrong you read the screen and verify the order the level of I don’t care is insane we just want to enjoy the food we ordered you know what are the managers doing just chilling are you even supporting your team so these mistakes don’t happen I ordered a meal breakfast meal and iced coffee with caramel syrup and sausage egg McMuffin and two extra hash browns I received black coffee no hash browns no sausage McMuffin and it’s not worth the time to type this I’m lmbo because these reviews do nothing it’s like talking to a brick wall the McDonald’s district manager doesn’t care about these no one gonna fix anything hahaha well just for the sake, of sounding like a angry Karen I’ll say don’t eat here spend your money somewhere else. It’s not worth it. They don’t value you. PS I’m not angry. I am annoyed just would be nice to spend money on something your hard earned money by the way and you receive what ask for

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, I bought 2 sandwiches and a coffee and I asked for hot sauce the lady said they charge .25c per sauce. What!!! If I knew this was the case I would have gone to Wendy's. Do you charge for straw as well?

You can only order via mobile/online ap or the single, outside window. The very large dining room is always closed. Be prepared to wade through all of the homeless people hanging out all around the building and side streets.
