McMenamins Backstage Bar at the Bagdad Theater is a multi-level bar located behind the famous Bagdad Theater. It offers fresh-squeezed juice drinks, 4 pool tables, and an extremely long shuffleboard table. The atmosphere is amazing, featuring high vaulted ceilings, beautiful art on the walls, and a great mural. There are screens everywhere, including a humongous drop-down projection screen for big games. The food is good, with options delivered from the McMenamins next door, making it a great place to catch a movie, enjoy a pint, and play games. The upstairs area provides a completely different experience and is a must-see. Pets are welcome in the outdoor seating area, adding to the relaxed vibe. Overall, it’s a great space to chill with friends, although the service can be slow, typical of all McMenamins. Thanks to the staff and management for making every visit an adventure to remember!
