Very cool atmosphere and friendly people working here. The stage was a bit hard to see with the layout but I'd definitely come back
Caught the L7 show here. Great floor! Great setup! Great venue!
Nice, venue. But it gets extremely hot and not much air circulation.
Typically I love this venue for concerts, but last night, the security (Thomas, I believe) hugely mishandled a situation where a woman was violently shoved by a drunk patron. She was crying, bruised, and alone at the show, so my husband and I approached her near the bar to make sure she was ok. She was visibly distraught, and security did next to nothing about it. We stayed with her to make sure she was protected/felt safe, but when asked if a report would be made or and investigation into the violence, Thomas avoided discussing it, and simply told her “yeah you can call the box office to get a case number tomorrow.” This woman was violently assaulted, and security simply allowed the man to exit without getting his information (we were in seats on the balcony, so they could easily determine who it was by looking up his seat number). Won’t be returning because of the way this woman was treated.
The Fray played and it was amazing, but the venue did not monitor the balcony area at all. Many people without balcony tickets were standing in the aisles, and those who paid couldn’t even walk to their seats. Some intoxicated young people (looked underaged) also stole seats justifying they were “tired and needed to sit.” The people hanging around the aisles were also drunk and making noise, talking/yelling during the sets over the music, so loud we couldn’t hear the band, an alternative rock band!! I would not recommend this venue for a concert if you want to enjoy the music. If you want to hear twenty-somethings talk about their social media over good music, then sure.
Remarkable dance floor, gorgeous venue and super kind staff. The sound system could be a bit more crispy, nevertheless its a perfect location.
Great local venue of decent size. They have an elevator for those needing wheel chair access or otherwise. The sound quality is very good.
Very cool venue for music. Attended a concert there and it wasnt too crowded.
Great drink options, friendly staff, and a unique environment with lots to look at. Fun!
At McMenamins the food is consistently mediocre and the service is usually slow or inattentive. But my most recent experience was on a whole different level of unacceptable. During a concert, today I went to use the restroom and there was urine all over the floor. I literally had to jump over it to get to a stall. Then, when I went to wash my hands, there was no soap and no paper towels. When I informed a staff member, he just rolled his eyes and said “I know.” His coworker threw her hands up and said “Not it!” like this was some kind of joke. It was clear they couldn’t care less..
This place is a joke. Between the awful food, careless staff, and now unsanitary conditions, I’m officially done. Spend your money somewhere that takes pride in what they do because this place clearly doesn’t.
Restaurantji Recommends
Good stuff
First and last concert here. Extremely Hot 🥵 how can you not have adequate AC in an indoor concert?
Lola's Room is so stuffy and hot. Desperately needs ventilation.
That was really cool.
Kat is the best 😎💪🏿
