Pricey but great end to the night - I love that I feel like I’m back in Europe having a cigar sitting half in half out and getting dinner. Small humidor but just the right range of nicely selected cigars to choose from

Really bad customer service. The older woman that works here hates her job and hates that she’s still working at a time when people her age have been retired for 10 plus years, very nasty person. I will never come back to this location.

Had hopes for this place but the white balding guy with glasses is on a power trip for real. I bought a cigar. He asked if I wanted water and I politely declined and said I had a Diet Coke with me (was sitting on my table unopened in front of him). He proceeds to tell me “for future reference, don’t ever bring drinks in bar. It’s against the law.” It is for alcohol dude. There is no law against non-alcoholic drinks. Bars can have rules about outside non-alcoholic beverages but again no law in Oregon states this.

Another two guys walk up, order beer, and walk outside to a table that had wet seats and one of them comes back in and asks for a bar towel to dry their seat. Bartender looks at this guy and says “they’re weaved seats and wiping them won’t work.” Hands him a towel, and says “you need to bring it back.” Guy said to him something along the lines of “it’ll be better than nothing.” Like dude it costs you nothing to not be a dick. You work at a cigar bar for Christ sakes. Not that serious. So much for good customer service.

Bar setup was cool at least. Enjoyed the rustic feel.

I really enjoyed my visit here. I’m new to cigars but I felt comfortable, and El Borracho is the best cigar I’ve had so far. I’m glad they have a patio because I wouldn’t be able to sit inside. It was a relaxing experience and I’ll be back.

Whoever is working the bar at Greater Trumps’ (guy with glasses and slightly balding) needs to learn how to be kind and respectful to customers. I misunderstood and thought he said I could open the lid of the cigar box to see prices, he scolded me for opening the box and I told him “sorry I misunderstood” and he said “I don’t think you did”. As if he suspected I was trying to steal a cigar or something? Rule one of service industry is don’t be a dick. You sell cigars, bro. It’s not that stressful.

Cool bar with a basement cigar lounge. Super busy in the restaurant which seemed to have led to everyone in the basement being treated like an annoyance by the server. Makes sense, since he had to walk soo for to serve people in the basement, but kinda ruined the fun down there. Order was put in wrong as well. Maybe it's amazing when it's slower.

Top 3 favorite spots in the whole city. Staff is incredible, cigar selection is always on point, and the atmosphere is so chill and inviting. Even the patrons who frequent this amazing spot are super friendly and engaging.
