Love the shortbread dipped in dark chocolate. Best I've had. A local restaurant would sell them and when I tried it, I took note of the name. This location is where they bake and package their cookies but also have their office where extras are sold while fulfilling orders. I wasn't sure if I could come in the door until the staff warmly greeted us and welcomed us in. Peter showed us the facility (behind the red line, ofcourse, to adhere to health and safety standards)...

Local Spokane Coffee Shop, Thomas Hammer, carries these cookies (5" Lemon Dipper and Dipped Gingerbread men). They are absolutely Delicious -nothing compares to McTavish Shortbread, IMO!

McTavish Shortbread provided cookies for my nephew and now niece's wedding. They were AMAZING!!! The lemon lavender were just absolutely mouthwatering. Everyone around me could not get enough of them! I've ordered since, and they are just as fresh and tasty as the ones at the wedding. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these tasty treasures!
