Y'all the flavor profiles of chef Nikeisah Newton's culinary creations practically SING in your mouth. Through some kitchen sorcery, she infuses conventional cultural flavors with new life, and brings them to healthy dishes that won't make you feel over-full or bloated. Each ingredient is clearly chosen with thoughtfulness, and every forkful of a little concert for your palate!
Great Event place. Great food.
I first had Meals 4 Heels at the Oregon Craft Spirits Festival, and I can't lie they stole the show for me. The truffle tomato sauce on the cauliflower bites was to die for. I legitimately would buy just that sauce if it was ever available!
