I was producing a project last week and ordered meals for our crew from Meals for Heels - They were delicious, satisfying and met everyones dietary requirement. We ordered from them two days, I got the GTP and the Freegan Vegan both were excellent. PLUS they delivered which made it so efficient. Highly highly recommend - will order again for a future project!

These folks cook up healthy, delicious, filling meals! I had the opportunity to have their Mexican chicken dinner at a recent Urban League event in Gresham, OR. It came with grilled chicken, rice and beans with cheese on top, a very tasty salad and veggies. I should eat like that every day.

We worked with Nikeisah and the team to cater boxed lunches for our staff and the experience was GOLDEN. Nikeisah was communicative, friendly, and delightful to work with. Staff raved about their meals - pleading for us to make Meals4Heels a more regular catering option - and many were obsessed with the stickers on each of the takeout boxes (some staff even took them off and put them on their work laptops!). Our specialty diet eaters were also grateful to have so many incredibly fresh and flavorful options and we intend to make this a regular option for them in particular.Lastly, several staff with family and friends in the sex industry were moved to learn about the heart/work that Meals4Heels offers in nourishing Portland's late-night community. We feel very grateful to know we are supporting a vendor who is supporting our staff's loved ones and extended community.Meals4Heels, thank you. You have a new crew of loyal customers. <3
