This was my first time ordering food here, and when I went to pick it up the lady at the counter was so kind! She gave me samples of their two most popular chicken dishes (which were AMAZING) and then threw a small cup of Mac salad in my bag for me to try! Overall it was such a pleasant experience and I already promised her I’d be back to try something else off the menu! The place is clean and cute and their menu is huge! Also- 10/10 on the musubi! So good

Yummy! Extremely solid Island grindz from a cart on 82nd! Tender moist meats, good crispy fry on breaded items, flavorful sauces and some of the best mac salad to be found outside of Hawaii. Eat this!

I would have gave five stars but the rice was way over cooked, very mushy, that said the rest of the food was very yummy. Just don’t serve mushy rice please.

I can't say anything bad about this joint because I literally can't think of any. That's the god honest truth. This spot serves the best fast Hawaiian food. It's right there next to Roxy's another fav Hawaiian place. I always get the sweet garlic chicken cuz it reminds me of the fried chicken I remember eating back in South Korea. Also their Mac salad is the best hands down. Idk what they did but it hits the spot every time I eat there. There's many other delicious dishes you can order but whichever one you order you won't be disappointed.Only thing you might regret is not having tried it sooner!

5/5 grabbed some garlic chicken on a whim today at their grand opening of the new location. Bomb. Surprised to see some macaroni salad inside the to go container, normally I wouldnt eat one that mom didn't make, but that shgdthnamf.

Food was edible but on the dry/bland side. Portions for the mac were TINY.

Ordered the pineapple chicken plate, and it was a letdown. The rice was mushy, and the mac salad was way too salty to eat. How do you even mess up rice? The whole plate was basically just bad rice, so I ended up tossing it. Not worth it.

We wanted Hawaiian BBQ but the food did NOT taste like BBQ at all! The pot stickers was not crispy at all and it was not warm enough. The service was great though! We dined in but there was a little fan heater that was barely doing the job, the benches/chairs were cold!

I really want to give this place 5 stars because the food is amazing. The passionfruit orange chicken is amazing. And the mac salad is great!

However, I will only give 4 stars because prices are a bit high and almost any modification to your order will result in 1-3 dollars extra. I understand that it’s a small business but I was even charged a service fee once without tipping. I would say higher prices and fees can even take your service away from a local demographic.

Food is enjoyable but this is the only thing keeping from giving 5 stars. All love!
