It took half an hour or more to get my Oklahoma onion burger, and i was the first in line. I don't know why it took so long. The burger taste okay but not worth the wait

foods good but service is terrible
best smash in town
My burger was under seasoned and it lacked the beefy flavor I was looking for. The meat to bun ratio was off as well. Had to wait about 30 minutes for it too. Good atmosphere though.

A month ago, I would have given this place a 5 star in every category! This was our go to spot! Our favorite! Within the last month, service isn’t great, burgers are mid, and waiting for 20 minutes for cold fries, really?!? I am so disappointed! I don’t think I will be back after coming 3 times in the last month and disappointed all 3 times! Sorry Mid City Smash Burger, I don’t think I will be back.

The best smash burger I’ve had in Portland!
They have a sign out that says “best burgers in town,” and it’s true. There’s something special about these burgers and the sauce. It’s now what I think of when I think of burgers.
