The food was phenomenal and tasted great - however, it’s a bit pricy for such small servings. Also fixings for the burrito cost an extra $1 per topping, and you only get a small cup of it.

The service was terrible. We had to wait 5-10 minutes both to get our order taken and to get our checks. There were 2 servers and maybe 10 tables tops, and we were only attended to once the entire time we were eating.

The atmosphere is cool and the vibe is nice - however the bathroom was a disaster, kinda grimy with spider webs everywhere and a spider in the mirror.

Overall the food was fantastic, I just hope they can improve the other things - that might just make me want to come back.

– “The Mushy Meatloaf Fart”

Brunch in this city is a blood sport, but I wandered into this joint expecting nothing more than a safe plate of meatloaf and a drink to shake the hangover out of my teeth.

The meatloaf sandwich arrived mushy. Not bad, just…structurally unsound. A war crime against bread integrity. The server clocked my silent disappointment and, with the grace of a seasoned diplomat, took a cleaver to the bill. Ten bucks instead of the full freight.

Then came the Duck Fart. An iced coffee cocktail so dangerously smooth it should come with a legal waiver. Sweet, boozy, and cold enough to make you forget the name, until the bill arrives with “Fart” written in crisp, blue ballpoint. Eleven bucks. No context. No apology. Just “Fart.”

Tipped bigger — not because of the discount, but because anyone willing to hand me a receipt that reads Meatloaf… Fart… $21 is doing the Lord’s work

Everything about this small diner is greasy and that’s what I love it about it.

Food! Service! Atmosphere! And Feeling the immediate homey comfort by staff and customers, was just what two weary travelers needed. Met our niece there for breakfast and totally a joy of a cross country trip. Have been in many places across the U S A; and this one is one of major memorable treats. BTW my niece talked me into to trying your Fabulous (Homemade) Green Monster Sauce on my egg omelette and I havent stopped talking or looking for a duplicate since visiting Portland and I live in Ohio! If any one is reading this as a world traveler, believe me when I tell you If you live, or travel in this area, you gotta treat yourself to one of their fabulous stomach filing delicious entries. Really!. Bravo, I never write any kind of reviews in the possitive, I'm old, so I bitch alot. HAHA; But this place so worth the time, the price and contributing to a small family business. Which I totlally look for in any area I visit. I totally believe in supporting family owned local businesses...not the big Guys! Bravo Midpoint. If I lived in the area you'd know me by name as a regular! God Bless. And hope this will inspire the owner into marketing her Green Monster Sauce. One of the best out there. FoPo’s best kept secret. Best brunch in PDX hands down! Cozy rustic vibes, homemade hot sauce and jam, you’ll want to try everything on the menu.

A favorite spot. Every time we eat here is a grand slam! Been coming here for many years. Boozie coffee for life!
In fact, today was a particularly magical breakfast at the Midpoint. There were 4 different tables all celebrating birthdays! The patrons broke out into a rendition of happy birthday and we were handed chocolate cake shots. 🎂 What a way to close out my 30s and celebrate 40 w other birthday humans! Thanks Midpoint! Always on point! Love you!

Really great hidden gem tucked away right off of Powell. Excellent ambiance and delicious food. A shining example of a thriving local establishment!

Small venue so be prepared to wait depending on day and time, but the food was incredible! My parents and I go to breakfast every Sunday, I'm a vegetarian, they aren't. This place offer a lot of options for either, plus a strong Vegan menu. We all agreed the food was excellent all around.

This is by far my favorite breakfast spot and I've only dined here twice. Love the cozy atmosphere, the food is fantastic (this is the only place I trust to properly season their hashbrowns) and the drinks are great. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back in the future.
