Very good food but every time I get a Philadelphia roll they do not put any cream cheese in it, not a little, just none. This has been an issue over the years, consistently every time I order they don't get it right, both take out and dine in. One of the main reasons why I ordered it was for the cream cheese, it's vital to this roll.I used to be a regular, but once I had mentioned it I became the cream cheese guy, oh look here comes the guy who wants the right ingredients in his roll. I didn't want to be but now ever time I show up they ensure I really want extra cream cheese, I don't, I just wanted it in the roll it should be in. Ordered again today and guess what, not a single bit of cream cheese in my rolls, tired of trying over the years for them to get this right.

We ordered take out. Paid cash and was missing a miso soup literally a 3.00 iteam and they wanted to dispute weather it was in the bag. Regardless the total was 80 plus a tip. Just make it right to the total of 3.00. Will never recommend or go back and will definitely tell my circle about the poor customer service.

The woman on the phone was insanely sweet and instantly made me want to come back. Plus the food is awesome and is pretty fresh. Some of the food can be pretty overpriced but if you only get classic rolls it can be affordable.

I give 5 stars for the great customer service. The ramen is a serious PASS though. It was lacking serious flavor. I had to add pork soup base to my order at home, sad to say the proteins inside where not for me either. I probably wouldn’t even pay ten dollars for this ramen.

I'm ain't mad at Mio. The quality and price of sushi is exactly what we were looking for. When you're looking for mid-range sushi, Mio's a great option. The service we received at this location (Killingsworth) was fantastic. We'll be back for sure.

Wonderful lunch experience. Filling without being expensive, even when ordering sake. Service is always friendly and fast. I highly recommend the spicy chirashi bowl.

If I could give this place more stars for service I would. The woman who runs the front of house is everything. She makes the whole experience for me every time. Incredible tasting sushi, always fresh.

Used to love this place but now all they give you are rolls of rice with tiny tidbits of tuna hidden somewhere in the middle. Not only have the prices jumped, the quality has fallen making this a no go moving forward...unless I want a rice roll. Avoid the bento boxes which come with rice rolls and a cup of rice on the side.Service is always nice.Ambiance, I always get to go.
