The venue was cozy, the hostess was very sweet and welcoming, my food was delicious and it was a solid price point! Will eat here again when I revisit

Came in for a quick veggie roll on my lunch break. First time going to Mio Sushi. Sad to say, I will not go to another one. The hostess seemed to be in a foul mood and wasn't exactly polite, poor attitude. And my veggie roll tastes extremely fishy, and not lightly either. Seems like they are frying their vegetables in the same oil. They are frying their fish. Gross. If I wanted a fishy taste, I would have ordered fish. I had high hopes for this one too. It's in the Pearl District with lots of good competition. 👎

I spent over $100 on sashimi and sushi and they failed to provide soy sauce or wasabi. Plus the quality of the food was not worth the price in any way. This was a waste of money and an unenjoyable experience.

Loved this place. I got the lunch special and got the salmon sashimi and the tempura roll. Both were delicious and super fresh. Good value for the quantity as well

Grate place, food was delicious and tasted healthy, I definitely recommend and it’s quite affordable compared to other places. We got the teriyaki chicken bowl, cucumber salad, and the dragon roll. The service was really good with kind and hardworking employees, and the cook did a great job with all the orders. If you’re looking for a new spot to support a local business, I definitely recommend this one.

Sushi was good.. however, when I received my bill, I was charged an additional $1.50 for asking to make a roll spicy. Maybe a tablespoon or less of Sriracha was added.. mind you without being told at the time of order I would be subject to an extra fee. in today's market, exceptional service will keep your doors open. Now, I am seeking a new sushi restaurant to visit a couple of times a week. $1.50 fee cost ended a returning customer!

Lackluster experience, start to finish. Regretfully, not as good as it once was. Warm sake became unpleasant and sickly sweet once it cooled. Miso soup was the highlight, and even that was only adequate. Unagi roll smelled very fishy and was not thoroughly deboned, ginger was ancient and flavorless, spicy garlic edamame was one-dimensional, and cucumber salad was basically just sliced cucumbers and sesame. Wait staff was polite and friendly, but did not seem to care about complaints about food quality. As I’m writing this, sushi rolls are doing gymnastics in my stomach. Would not recommend.

Fishy tasting unagi, poor quality salmon, terrible well sake, and very unseasoned cucumber salad. First time in 10 years, probably will be another ten till I try it again.

Great quick service walked in and got takeout within minutes. Great sushi for a great price!

Very good food, very reasonable prices, good service in a pleasant atmosphere. Underrated in my opinion.

Good spot for delicious sushi. The fish to rice ratio is a little off. Would prefer less rice in the nigiri but fish quality is good! The staff are exceptionally helpful. Make sure to arrive before the rush as it does get a little busy and you might have to wait.

Dependable. The miso is always good. If this place was in the Midwest it would be six stars.
