We love the authentic fresh food, great prices and service. We frequent this neighborhood favorite and so happy we found such a gem.Summer months are great for margaritas on the patio.Highly recommend for those with dietary restrictions. Nearly everything is gluten free, vegan options and house-made corn tortillas. Yum!!

The Oaxacan tamal and mescalita were absolutely delicious

Lunch specials are a good size and price is fair for the amount of food

I have only been to their station at the Montavilla Farmers Market. The food I had was fantastic. I never thought I liked Tamales but their tamales are SO good. My favorite is the Popeye Tamale it's vegetarian and has spinach, it's delicious smothered in salsa Verde. One of these days I will check out the brick and mortar restaurant.

The food is delicious, like incredibly good, the service is not good. It’s been months since I was back here because it takes a long time to get your food, or water, or a drink, and it hasn’t changed. The family that runs this restaurant is so nice and I like supporting them. But the service seems to be getting worse over time. I recommend visiting in the summer when you have a lot of time to wait on the patio.

The food was fresh and delicious, from the carnitas burrito, the handmade blue corn tortillas, pork ribs in mole sauce, and chicken. There were more things to try that sounded good, but the mole sauce was clearly the star.

I want to support local businesses, and until recently this was good one. But the standards have fallen a lot lately and I don't go there as much as I used to. Tonight I bought take-out containing shrimp which was not de-shelled, de-tailed or de-veined and still included the p*** sacks, all wrapped up inside a burrito. It was inedible. This was their last chance for me.

Some of the best authentic Mexican Cuisine I've had on the entire West Coast. The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was one of a family dining room. It was truly a first class and unexpected experience. Not to mention I had an entire meal, complete with a taco and chips and salsa and was still able to leave a tip out of a ten dollar bill! Definitely will be coming here anytime I have a hankerin' for some Mexican food

Great Mexican restaurant. I wanted a taco salad but it wasn't on the menu, and they made one special for me. It was probably the best one I have ever had.

Parking: Easy to park, plenty of spaces.

Good food, especially some of the Oaxaca local dishes. My wife's carne asada was good but fairly overcooked. I'd recommend the mole based dishes.

We’ve eaten here a couple of times. Great food, excellent service. I love their mole sauce and usually get a mole bowl.

Delicious, authentic and family owned, this unpretentious restaurant has ample parking and interior space for groups. An outdoor patio option is newly available too. Full bar, generous portions, and friendly staff make this a cheerful and affordable neighborhood destination. Go eat!!
