Welcoming staff and delicious sushi. Hard to go wrong here for a great dinner experience. The only reason I give service 4 stars is because our friends never received water throughout the entire dinner, even after they asked for it. Server was fantastic and multi-tasking, so we weren't upset with her or anything, just a little disappointed that our friends were left thirsty aside from their alcoholic drinks. The sushi and sashimi here are pretty fantastic and I loved the takoyaki here!

Very easy to miss. Real hole in the wall next to Roscoe’s. But place was packed so I guess the word is out. Sushi was excellent and a good draft beer selection that comes from said Roscoe’s. Some kind of beer share arrangement. We went at 5 and got a seat but it fills up fast so don’t be surprised if there’s a wait. Outside seating is at picnic tables in covered space. Really great Montavilla option. My friend is a vegetarian and had no trouble finding plenty of options.

Miyamoto was AMAZING. Service was amazing and workers were nice but the atmosphere was amazing. I ordered a California roll and a spider roll, and let me tell you. The California roll was so creamy and crispy while the spider roll was the same but also tangy. Then I had ordered a Devil’s Crete. It was even better, spicy mayo, fish, seaweed and other things made it Perfect. Always choose this place.

miyamoto sushi is on another level. the sushi itself was spectacular. every bite was so fresh and beautifully prepared it actually stopped me mid‑conversation a few times. 10/10 recommend the mexican. yum!
but i need to give a HUGE shout out to andreas, the sushi chef. the minute i sat down, he noticed the wait staff was completely slammed, stepped out from behind the sushi line, brought me water, and took my order himself. who does that? what a team player and what a welcoming vibe to set the tone for the meal.
