Sincerely the best Ramen I have ever had. I asked for spicier Ramen and he's taken up the challenge multiple times and keeps making it hotter for me. Also wonderful customer service and the ingredients taste amazing. The dishes used are amazing, he gives you a soup spoon for the broth too. I've never seen such clear shoyu broth that I can see all the food in it and yet still blast in flavor while not overwhelming the different ingredients. I truly love this place and...
I have been on the hunt for the best ramen in town, and I think I’ve found it! It’s amazingly priced and so, so delicious! If you’re looking for good ramen, you need to come here!
Flavor is good! Miso broth + kimchi has a bit of spice. The shoyu is delicious and comforting. 2 stars off for service because it took probably 15 minutes for 2 soups, with no orders in front of me.Biggest gripe: these are spaghetti noodles. Definitely not ramen. If this is advertised somewhere, I missed it. Very disappointing
