I have been on the hunt for the best ramen in town, and I think I’ve found it! It’s amazingly priced and so, so delicious! If you’re looking for good ramen, you need to come here!
Flavor is good! Miso broth + kimchi has a bit of spice. The shoyu is delicious and comforting. 2 stars off for service because it took probably 15 minutes for 2 soups, with no orders in front of me.Biggest gripe: these are spaghetti noodles. Definitely not ramen. If this is advertised somewhere, I missed it. Very disappointing
We got vegetarian miso with kimchi (closer bowl in photo) and shoyu ramen. Delicious broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and perfect, traditional add-on’s. Best ramen we’ve had in Portland! ?
