Love their delicious sushi! The staff and location are great too, and the only reason that this review is four stars instead of five is that the hours need to be updated. I showed up once at 11, their stated open time, and they were still closed, and when I called they said they would be open at 11:30. I called ahead the most recent time, and they also said they'd be open at 11:30. Not a huge deal if you're aware of this, but can be an inconvenience if you expect them to be open at 11.

Small place. Some outdoor seats available. But today, some folks from my office made our orders online and some people went to pick it up. I ordered a Tiger roll and California roll. Everything tasted fresh and the portions were generous. Very worth the price for the quality.

I've been here several times. The sushi is always fresh, tasty and plentiful! It's a family run operation and I usually have a lovely conversation while waiting for my food. They are very hospitable and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

The intimate 3-seat counter in this tiny restaurant allows for you to really engage with the sushi chef; this woman not only made me the best California & spicy tuna roll but she educated me on the actual current temperature in my home of Los Angeles, CA.Misu has a very authentic feel, the fish is fresh & chilled well & the miso soup is hot. We really enjoyed our time & food here but it was also the first time I finished my food before my boyfriend finished his & he won't stop carrying weights around the house & telling me how strong he is since we got home from Misu

GREAT PLACE. It's not the fanciest sushi restaurant you'll ever eat at, but the sushi is great and the prices are phenomenal. It feels like a hole-in-the-wall restaurant that doesn't skimp on the quality. The staff is friendly and the service is efficient. I found this place on my first day at my new home in Portland and I couldn't have been happier.
