I ordered a lotus. It was first of all disgusting and even worse not carbonated. When we asked it to be remade she said she would and the second drink was still completely flat. She said there’s nothing she can do.

Really good matcha latte with boba! The very nice barista asked me how sweet I wanted it and the boba was the right texture! The matcha wasn’t too “watered down” by the milk. It was a good strength!

Drive-thru coffee stand. If you're like me and you love sweet coffee concoctions, you'll like Mocha Express. I've been a consistent customer of their various local locations for many years because they make great sugar bomb mochas ? Great friendly service at this one, too!
Dietary restrictions: They DO have alternative milks. Oat, coconut, soy, etc. A must-have for the less lactose tolerant among us.

LOVE this Place!! Been stopping by when Westbound on SE Powell Blvd for years. They make the smoothie or milkshake from scratch while you wait, and they are delectable, always superb. And you're in the same lot as a health food grocery store, a car parts store and Studio One theater, with Safeway across the street to the south. And you come out of the lot onto SE Powell Blvd which can connect you to anywhere - I-5 about 20 minutes west, I-205 about 15 minutes east, with 39th as a central north-south corridor. They have outside seating as well.
Parking: It's a drive-thru but you can park in the lot and walk around to the service window on the south side. The lot is heavily used, maybe partially for the bus stop besides all of the stores. For handicapped access, I'd be concerned in a chair, and there's a curb, but if you're in your car, problem solved.
Kid-friendliness: The kids would be best to stay in the car- it's too dangerous for hungry excited kids to be running around that close to Powell Blvd, and too many people don't watch carefully when driving in parking lots, but if they stay in the car, you can charge those little bodies up with super-delicious drinks that'll have them leaping out of the car when you get home.
Wheelchair accessibility: With a wheelchair you'll want to order from your car; I don't think there's a ramp to the walkway around the shack, and it would be a bit narrow for you. Also, if there IS a ramp, be very careful of the drivers in the lot. They don't go fast like they do at some lots but they've got auto parts on their mind or they're late for Studio One to see their movie, and you don't want to be in their path; be alert, as everyone in a chair has to be of course.
I've given this place 3 tries and each time my drink tastes different, all of the times I have not felt as tho I have drank any caffeine so I need more. People working are nice

I’ve been coming here for a few years. Family owned, i go to all three locations so they know my face! Very friendly great customer service. When I’m in the mood I’ll usually for the breakfast panini, they use turkey sausage so that’s a plus. But my usual go to are the smoothies, banana strawberry, or pineapple strawberry!
