This is such a great deli shop to go to! The owner is super cool and always willing to accommodate. Prices are pretty cheap, IMHO, with offerings of soups, sandwiches, and salads. There are daily soup and sandwich specials as well. They also have a small selection of cookies , muffins, and cold drinks.So far, I have only ordered the bacon breakfast burrito, which is less than 8 dollars, and it's not your small frozen burrito that just gets reheated it made frome scratch with eggs, potatoes, bacon and cheese. They usually have some already made and ready to go.They are located in a warehouse building with other tenants. Unfortunately you can very easily miss the location if you are not looking for it. If you are in the area, then you definitely should stop by.Parking: Location is within a warehouse complex with several other buildings and companies. So parking is abundant.

Great food, Great customer service!They offer grilled paninis, soups, salads, daily specials and even breakfast and desserts! I always order the grilled vegetables paninis, excellent and great portions. They also offer lunch combos at a very fair price. Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Grilled vegetable paninis , avocado toast and salads. They also have a breakfast menu including bagels. They will make any substitions asked for if doable.Parking: You can find them on Cutter Circle on Swan Island. They have a small sign that says DELI by the street to help you find it.

Sweet little local cafe. I'm from Seattle, but our Portland office is in this same business park so I'm here every so often and always look forward to eating here. Great service, good food for a decent price, and LOTS of options. I particularly enjoyed the Denver omelet and their panini sandwiches.
I found this place pretty easily and they have good signage. When ordering they are very flexible they have online, a kiosk, QR codes around the place to make it easier to order, and then of course they a had very nice elderly oriental gentleman for ordering. I ordered a chicken avocado quesadilla and a small fountain the fountain drink was $2 for a small which is a bit much for only four different options of pop, but the food was not very expensive and tasted excellent especially since they gave me salsa and a sour cream with the quesadillas. The inside is very comfortable and relaxing with some quiet background music and old pictures on the walls. I would recommend this place for lunch, but I heard they have breakfast burritos. Not super fancy but homy.

I'm not a local here. I only come to swan Island/Portland only a couple times a year for work related classes. Everytime I spend a week here I ALWAYS look forward to paying a visit to this awesome small local sandwich shop. The owners are VERY friendly. They are fast, affordable, and just awesome quality. Probably best sandwiches in all of Portland. Keep this small business alive!
