Good food and good service in the front but so nasty,dirty place,never seen clean, even when they open it in the morning, a lot of garbage on the floor in the outside where the other tables are, not cleaned tables. That place needs a check from health department and need to be closed until the place gets a huge clean.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Two females on shift didn't acknowledge anyone coming in. Ignored customers while everyone waited. We left after waiting 10 min with no eye contact. Everyone was completely ignored. One person in front of us had to get up and ask a coworker to help.

The people who work there obvs hate their jobs. They did not follow simple order notes (sliced tomatoes v diced, they asked and then didnt do what i said). They put only five slices of pepperoni on the pizza. They got the drink wrong. And thats all in just one order! Like come on.

Came in a couple weeks ago and was thoroughly impressed. I don’t usually like Mod pizza put I thought I would give it another shot. I didn’t know what to get so I asked Elliot which one he thought was good. He said the Mad Dog with bacon and it was amazing!!! I realized I wanted the fresh mozzarella too. He took the little pizza off the shelf and scooped it on. He even got me a free drink with the lunch special. Gave him a 5$ tip and told him not to share it with anyone but he put it into the tip jar instead. Thoroughly impressed with the customer service here and I think he deserves a raise for getting me to like Mod pizza!! Will continue to come.

We go here weekly, and all the employees are very nice and patient with all the customizations and requests during our order. Pretty sure if you wanted them to stack a pepperoni tower in the middle of your pizza, they would. Always on point!
I noticed when I walked in that the restaurant was not very clean it was a disaster behind the counter where they make your food then I made the mistake of ordering a small pizza pepperoni pizza super easy but I didn't realize that they were paper thin and there's nothing to him for the price that you pay it's ridiculous. The workers were quite rude. They were all just wanting to get the hell out of there. I don't think I'll be going back to mod Pizza it's pretty disappointing.

I love Mod , but have to say when there is only one person building people's pizza & one person at the oven & cashier... but see 3 other employees going in & it of the back kitchen with a line out the door... you've got a customer service problem! On top of that, then there are phone orders coming in and the one person is building the phone orders before clearing the line, it's terrible to have to wait 22 min to get your order to the one counter person!!!! I could have phoned in an order and been ahead of those in the line... ridiculous & the worst employee & device management!!!

Well for starters I went right when they opened at 10:30 11:00 a.m. at this time there was nobody in there so I got the Royal treatment Bella helped me make the ultimate Pizza listen to every word I said and built my pizza exactly as I desire and was a superstar Pizza chef as far as I'm concerned. Then as I was eating I happened to meet the manager Travis a true gentleman and a scholar who also was a superstar people person it was my pleasure to have met him. And the food was excellent fresh everything about the restaurant was clean it was nice one of the best experiences at some of the lowest prices ever in Portland for any kind of food this is one of my go-to places here in Portland!

My partner and I went in tonight around 8:45 p.m. And were helped by the most helpful and kindest staff. They greeted us when we walked in. They were upbeat even though it was late at night. They helped us make a decision and were engaging. We went in tired just wanting something to eat and they honestly made our night! Great service yummy salads. Would absolutely return
