Mod is one is the best, how can you go wrong when you choose all your own ingredients?!
It's a shame how expensive everything is. I can't justify spending $14 a pizza now when not long ago l used to get the same for under $8!

Great food and drinks for a modestly low price. Clean dining room. They do take out as well and everything is custom made per order. Lots of parking and outdoor seating.

Called in my order but i dont like the automated ordering it always gets things wrong so i prefer to talk to a person so i usually say speak to a person and it takes me to they're call center. Well this time apparently it sent me to the store. I asked if i can place an order he said we dont take orders over the phone. I was confused i said i always oder it this way and he said something i couldnt understand him then he hung up on me. I sat for a minute thought about it then i figured out it sent me directly to the restaurant it has never done that before. But i didnt deserve the attitude and to be hung up on. I made my order through the call center and she apologized for his rude behavior. We went to pick up our pizzas and when we got it home it was stone cold. (mind you i live like 3 minutes away by car) all the toppings were thrown in the middle the bacon was hard as a rock and hardly any chicken when i asked for extra. They mess up our orders more times than not. This location sucks the workers dont care they are rude when you come get your pizza. Mabey its because of its the night crew ive been told they are good in other states but this one sure doesn't make me want to go to another one somewhere else. Sucks cuz i have alot of health problems and could actually eat this pizza with no problems.

Place was great. Was what I would expect from a pizza chain. Seemed busy, so took a minute to get served. Staff was very friendly when greeted. Probably just came at a busy time.

I used to really enjoy the pizza from Mod but it has become more and more disappointing as of late. I order online for either pick up or delivery and there has been something wrong with my pizza almost every time. I’m missing toppings and receiving toppings I didn’t order. I’ve even had my pizza completely mixed up with someone else’s. I can be pretty forgiving and not wanting to rag on the employees but it’s getting out of hand when it’s become every time I’ve ordered over the last few months that my order gets messed up.

Homeless sleeping at the door. The girl cooking the pizza was more interested in her phone. Sitting on the counter wasn’t professional either.

I took my nephew RJ there for lunch. One of the best MOD experiences we've had. The staff was very friendly and made our pies to perfection.
Great food. Just wish we qould have gotten our entire order. Items missing is really annoying. Promised the kids cake ffs.

No one ever said hi welcome in we'll be with you shortly or anything wait 15-20 minutes ended up walking out the people behind us also Walked out a line of people at least 3 other employees working and wouldn't help the customer there was one person in front of us and 20 and he was still on her order I've tried several times with this place it's always a problem you need to to better done with this mod and I don't recommend anyone else go here either!

Good food and good service in the front but so nasty,dirty place,never seen clean, even when they open it in the morning, a lot of garbage on the floor in the outside where the other tables are, not cleaned tables. That place needs a check from health department and need to be closed until the place gets a huge clean.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Two females on shift didn't acknowledge anyone coming in. Ignored customers while everyone waited. We left after waiting 10 min with no eye contact. Everyone was completely ignored. One person in front of us had to get up and ask a coworker to help.
