Bad experience when I asked for extra salsa tonight. Lady was rude and snarky when I asked for extra salsa. Once a loyal customer, now not so sure so much :( tell her to get a grip. It’s the day before holiday after all

Great food cart for some Mexican food. Menu can be overwhelming but you can always just get the basic mole burrito for under $10.00. Grab a couple sauces for some extra goodness. Plenty of flavor without being overly spicy. Location near Mississippi have a covered eating area.

Everything I have had from this food truck was delicious. The food keeps me coming back time and time again even with so many other Mexican food options near by.

Located within the Mississippi Marketplace, Mole Mole is a great food option. The tacos were delicious and so was the mango agua fresca! They’ve also got beautiful plates they serve food on and their service is great!

This amazing place was established after I moved away from Portland. The day I came back to visit a friend highly recommended that we go to Mole Mole, and I am so happy that I took her recommendation! This place is so incredible!! My friend got a giant enchilada plate and I got a Chile Relleno burrito and the food is legit! My burrito was only $10, it was massive and so delicious. Also, the salsas are on point. Don’t pass on this authentic Mexican spot!
Vegetarian options: Tons of veggie and vegan options from Chile Relleno to soy chorizo! Yum!!
Dietary restrictions: Tons and tons of veggie and vegan options on the menu, and a lot of gluten free items as well!
Parking: Street parking only. Often times the only available spots are several blocks away.
Kid-friendliness: This location is located in a food cart pod so order and take a seat at any available picnic table. Sorry, didn’t notice any high chairs available.
Wheelchair accessibility: The window to order at this location requires a few small steps to be walked. I couldn’t make it with a stroller so my friend had to order for the both of us. Otherwise, seating is wheelchair accessible.

Mole burritos and agua frescas are both awesome. Great spot for lunch.
Incredible experience here!!! The burritos simultaneously take you out of this world then ground you back into what matters - good food with good friends and fresh air. I’ve gotten the wet mole burrito both times I’ve gone here because it is simply. so. good. But I look forward to exploring the rest of the great looking menu at later dates. Food comes out super fast and on great plates so definitely recommend eating in here at the Mississippi food carts! Can’t say enough good things about this place! It’s super reasonably priced also and add ons are not very expensive! Wide range of vegetarian and vegan options also.

Lots of competition in the area for Mexican. This has got to be one of the best. Will probably go back and try it again. Food was served on real plates with real silverware.
The setting was kind of like a food truck court but they were all trailers. Many of them looked more permanent than portable. Some covered seating and some outdoor seating. Lots of variety to please everyone.

I love the food cart pods concept in Portland! This place kicks it up a notch with the most beautiful pottery that it uses for plates! The menu has something for everyone. I went with the chicken quesadilla. The chicken was a bit dry/overcooked. But, otherwise it was great! Portions are large- come hungry!! I also got a watermelon agua fresca, which hit the spot on a warm summer day.

Absolutely fantastic!! Super fresh, super delicious and vegan! I normally visit native bowl 2-3xs a year but their bowls have gone from $10 to $14, for that price I decided to try the Mexican food truck. Incredible and I can't wait to try more to recreate at home. Thanks!!
