This gorgeous vapor wave oasis among brickwork features: unnamed fish of exotic variety, a chill as patio, and always friendly bartenders to mediate the vibe (like Brayden) There will be strange characters as any neighbor gem attracts. What an amazing experience all around. Second stop of our evening on our way to an event downtown Portland. We had already done happy hour a few doors down but seen this place on our way walking past and my wife and I both agreed we needed to stop in and get ourselves a couple drinks and a pizza to go.
