Biryani: Indian style Chicken Biryani dish is made by mixing rice with special Indian spices. Served with two tender chicken drumsticks with a side of ritha (yogurt sauce).
Choli Samosa
Chole samosa is a very popular dish all over North India. It includes garbanzo bean curry with two samosa w/ green mild sauce and yogurt on the side. Samosa has a potato, peas, carrot filling with a flakey fried crust.

Choli puri: Chole puri is Punjub's most favorite vegetarian dish, popular all over North India. It includes garbanzo bean curry with two fried breads w/ green mild sauce and yogurt on the side.
Momo
Homemade dumplings that are steamed with different types of filling. We offer pork, chicken, beef, veggie and vegan fillings. The pan-fried option makes the bottom of the momos crispy/crunchy.

Chow Mein
Stir-fried noodle. Chow mien: Yakisoba noodles stir fried with fresh garlic, ginger, onion, bell pepper, carrots, cabbage, and the flavors are enriched with sesame oil and soy sauce.

Veggies, tofu, chicken or pork. Fried rice: Fried rice is prepared with a variety of fresh vegetables and your choice of protein. The rice and vegtables are sautéed with garlic, soy sauce and salt.

We ordered Momo Soup and chicken chowmein and the preparation was great! The portion of the food was great for price and the service was very accommodating too. They have this amazing red chutney they serve with momos that is very very hot, exactly how I like it. This place has a more of a Nepali preparation as opposed to North Indian. The place where is food truck is located has a chill vibe and lots of seating space to enjoy your meal.

I ordered the handmade momos, momo soup, curry chicken, and the ice chai! Wow, just wow! Don’t forget to get their house made red Chili paste and green sauce. Dumplings were packed with flavor and decent in size. I will definitely be back!

The beef momos are bursting with juice and flavour and the veggie momos have a delicious mild taste and I love the dipping sauces. Also the people that work here are stellar. I definitely recommend this place.
