Delicious burgers and fries! But their online to-go system is very flawed. Per its estimate, our food would likely be ready in 15 minutes and we ended up waiting almost 1.5 hours at the food cart for our small to go order.

Great smash, fries perfectly crispy (and generous portion). Kind service. My only hold up is that they don’t put lettuce/tomato/onion on the burger which feels like a crime. It could use that fresh addition but that’s just my preference. I get takeout and add my own because I haven’t found a better smash/fry/price combo in SE.

The burgers are fine, but the people at the window are some of the grumpiest I have ever met. They'll make you feel like you ruined their entire day just by putting in an order.

As others have stated, if you go here... be prepared for an extremely long wait. Not because it's busy but because they are very very inefficient. Live very near here and have ordered this many times. They prepare the burgers order by order which means, if there is an order with one burger and a order behind it with 3... they won't cook all 4 at once. This leads to extremely long wait times with even a nominal amount of orders. If you go when it is only a few orders up, it'll take 30 minutes minimum no matter what their online ordering says. If you go and its busy? You could easily be waiting 90-120 minutes for food. The estimates they give at the window are always wrong. He will say "30 minutes" and you can almost always double it. The food is good, and the people that say the meat is burnt, I assume don't eat many smash burgers as the whole idea is that they can't really be over cooked. That's the style. I honestly like the food. The fries are always crisp and hot. The burgers are good. The vegan burger is even quite good. But rest assured, there is nothing quick about ordering from this cart.

Maximally disappointed. Me along with two coworkers. The guy taking my order didn’t even make eye contact with me.
Massive Red Flag: misuse of the word “Monster” in the context of a burger. By far the thinnest burger patties I never thought were possible. The “double” with two patties barely resembled the thickness of a traditionally sized single patty burger.
Good thing I overpaid for some fries because there is no way that burger alone would have filled me up. Wasn’t on a brioche bun as advertised.
Line positive: nice indoor seating area and clean bathroom, really enjoyed that space.
Will absolutely never be back and would never recommend going here unless you need a restroom break. An experience so inadequate that I made it a point to come back here to leave feedback.

First time I came here a while ago was pretty good. I’m not sure what changed but the last few times my order took between 20-30min, and the burger and bun were both so burnt each time that they weren’t very edible. I don’t know if they get too busy chatting with each other, or get distracted and cook them too long, but it would be nice if the burger wasn’t so charred and dry and came out faster. Fries and aioli are pretty good though and I like the covered seating option.
