I mean this in the best possible way, if the Old Spaghetti Factory had a basement bar it would be moonshot tavern. I love this place

A very cozy bar to hang out in, with extra seating in the back. Love that they have some NA mixed drink options. They have a couple vegan food options (fries, salad, pickles), and I’ll admit those fries are BOMB, would love a couple more options like a vegan burger or hush pups?? Happy to have a great new neighborhood haunt.

Stopped there for a drink while waiting for a seat at Ken's. Good beers and my wife loved the non alcoholic drink also. fast service and seemed like a popular place for the locals.

Sat at the bar to order, ignored by the bartenders for a few minutes, someone walked in and ordered right next to us. We decided it wasn't a good day to come in so we'd try it another day. When we were walking out when a bartender said at us, "We didn't want you here anyway." Alright, guess we won't be coming back again.

Response: Yeah, this did happen to my girlfriend and I yesterday afternoon at your place at 3:30. We've never been to your place before until that day and, from your response, we're definitely not coming back.

Delicious. Repeatedly. Fried chicken sandwich to die for. Fish and chips crispy to the end. Shrimp and grits and Biscuits and mushroom gravy for brunch- yum!

OMG I love this place. I'm in Eugene but the last couple times I went through Portland, I made a point to go back here.

Really nice space with a chill vibe.  The bartender was knowledgeable, and the cocktails were great- I had the Mama and Baby Bird. The $9 burger is a steal!

There were two bartenders behind the bar who actively ignored me for minutes while they were doing nothing. Bad vibes await here.

Good food, drinks and service.

The prawns off the starter menu were particularly good - that smokey sauce was a good pairing with the rest of our meal.

Ummmmmmm, when I first looked at the menu, I got excited but the lack of smells from the kitchen should have been a dead giveaway. The atmosphere was cool. Very chill. The drinks were good, too. But this restaurant is advertising "Southern" Food and any Southern person would start whooping somebody for the injustice of this cornbread and the blandness of this food.

A crime has been committed.

Really cool neighborhood bar with amazing food! I came on a Sunday night and ordered a local draft beer from their extensive list and some hush puppies, which had a nice smoky flavor and perfect texture. I love that they serve food late, too. Great concept, well executed! This would definitely be my regular spot if I lived in the area.
