Great neighborhood, coffee spot! It's also super easy with a stroller as it's a food cart, so no need to get the stroller in and out of restaurant doors. Only wish they sold some pastries or muffins. Coffee is tasty.
Excellent coffee served from the back of a VW van, cozy courtyard seating with a fire pit. The owner is in a bit of flux with his hours, which is probably why Google Maps shows it as closed. For now he appears to be open Sat/Sun mornings. Note that the adjacent food cart run by his partner has its own hours.

You'll smell the wood fire down the block before you even turn down Moore Alley. Billy always has a crackling fire going that is immediately welcoming even on the dreariest (and hungoverist) of mornings. He pulls a really delicious shot of espresso that is well balanced and full bodied. I'm a drip person though and the coffee he brews is a perfect bright cup to go with my breakfast pork roll at Moore Food when they team up for The Breakfast Club.
