The restaurant did not have our reservation (party of 8) in their system. Additionally, they had relocated to a "pop up" and was not serving full menu. No communication of this change in restaurant setting was shared and our party arrived expecting a sit-down dinner. They made the best of the situation by ordering bar food and delicious wine from the bar.
Arriving at this restaurant with what seemed to have a prestigious reputation, me and my partner came here with high expectations. We were seated and our orders were taken quickly. Although we had to remind our server to keep our bottle of wine in ice. The oysters were excellent, the chanterelle soup was delicious but the arugula and futsu squash salad took the kitchen team 3 attempts to get correct. At this point we were the only customers in the restaurant, the one other table...
Inventive, seasonal food in a thoughtfully designed space. My husband and I really enjoyed our meal and our wines. The carrots and celery root scallops were the highlights! This is definitely the kind of restaurant you want to visit every season to see what new delights they've dreamed up. Highly recommend!
