Morton's The Steakhouse offers a top-notch dining experience with great steaks and excellent service. The atmosphere is perfect for a steakhouse, and the staff is wonderful and reliable. While there was a minor mix-up with seating and an order, the restaurant quickly resolved it, and the server was amazing. The Nueske's bacon appetizer and scalloped potatoes were highlights of the meal, along with the delicious bread pudding for dessert. The Butcher cut 16 oz. Ribeye was perfect and received high praise, while the Manhattan cut with Australian Wagyu was perfectly cooked with a crispy outer layer and a tender, juicy inside. The knowledgeable staff made excellent selections and wine recommendations. Although some dishes were underwhelming, including a Cajun ribeye that was slightly overcooked and a steak that came undercooked with burnt garlic butter, Morton's remains a great choice for a special evening out. The Morton's coffee paired excellently with the creme brulee made of real vanilla bean, showcasing the pastry chef's skill. While the atmosphere was affected by the overwhelming noise in the bar area, Morton's provides consistent quality and a satisfying dining experience, making it a recommended spot for dining, even with some minor issues.
