Just happened to stop by one day and had the fish sauce wings and was literally blown away, the food at this place is really amazing and I have eaten at the best restaurants in Portland. I usually stop buy have a pint and order food to go which most of the time I don't even finish my beer before the food is ready.

The food was great. Service was simple - mostly self service. The atmosphere was comfortable, but felt oddly open and quiet - I felt like I needed to talk more quietly than normal. The biggest complaint that I have is that the kitchen did not have a functional exhaust fan and the entire restaurant filled up with cooking smoke. The staff turned on a fan, but they should get a more permanent solution. I will probably sit outside next visit.

Mosaic Taphouse is a great place to get some tasty beers and food. Chicken wings are FIRE, btw!!! Great selection of beer, all varieties represented. Great indoor and outdoor seating. If food they have isn't to your liking, plenty of other options within walking distance. One of my "go to's" for sure.

Wander on into this former gas station for a phenomenal Asian food experience. Mosaic's unassuming looks and relaxed atmosphere are topped only by the food. The pork belly kabobs, beef lettuce wraps, grilled peppers, and egg rolls are perfect for sharing. Wash them down with one of the 20 beers/ciders they have on tap. Cheers!

Solid rotation of beers, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the FOOD! It’s incredible. I’ve tried something different nearly every time and haven’t been disappointed. My go to’s have to be the fish sauce wings or the rice cakes with Chinese sausage.

This is a cozy little spot with a good beer selection and good asian food! Their fish sauce wings were delicious, the banh xeo tacos were good, and the shishito peppers were just *chef's kiss*.
The downsides were that since it's pretty cozy in there, it was pretty hot in there. I don't think the two mini split ac units were able to keep up. My beers got warm fast. ?

Mosaic Taproom is an amazing example of a great neighborhood bar with amazing vibe. The taplist is constantly rotating and has a wide range of beer types, ciders, seltzers and even wine. Non alcoholic options are available in the fridge and sometimes on tap. Very excellent food menu. No gluten on the menu, and options for veg/vegan as well as the carnivores. Owners are frequently onsite and super friendly and knowledgeable about beer. Bartenders are unfailingly friendly and provide advice for beer tastes.
