Mucca Osteria came highly recommended by a friend. The restaurant is indeed elegant and has a very intimate feel to it. The food was incredibly delicious. My family ordered scallops as an appetizer and all of us agreed they were among the best we've ever tasted. It takes an exceptional experience to nudge me to write a review, and our meal last night was truly exceptional. Our anniversary was acknowledged with a glass of champagne to begin the meal and a dessert to end it, but regardless of that nice touch, the food is AMAZING. Italian is our go-to. As a wine enthusiast, I’d say this place is a must-visit when you’re in Portland (they have a great Italian wine list). Our server was amazing, super knowledgeable and professional.
