I wish this place located anywhere besides downtown because it deserves to be packed every night. It is that good. Pizza: better than Ken’s. Pasta (special): better than Dolly Olive. Gelato: better than Pinolo on Division. Overall excellent experience…just wish the street was more vibrant.

Great food, accessible location in downtown, great service. Only downside is that parking is not very easy. Overall, it costs very reasonably considering the quality, location, and service. Insalata Uva was great, as well as the fungi pizza. Seafood pasta was not bad at all, but I could find better seafood pasta somewhere else. The house sorbet was peach and orange mix, which was amazing. Very refreshing and perfect for the closure. The dishes came quickly and just on the right timing. Will definitely revisit.

Looking for awesome Neapolitan-style pizza in Downtown Portland, look no further than Mucca Pizzeria! Not to be confused with its next door neighbor that you will need a reservation for, Mucca Ristorante, this is a high class pizza joint with some seating inside and several outside tables. My wife and I went on a Saturday night in Portland and sat outside to get a true down town experience! Although it may not seem like an enjoyable ambiance, it was fun to have people walking and cars, electric scooters zooming by, and light rail trains made for a fun date night! We enjoyed some sparkling water, caesar insalate, a classic suppli, and the Salsiccia e Funghi which was one of my all time favorite pizzas! It was so nice to sit outside and it was lovely evening, and it helped with a wait time of zero minutes! Dinner was so good we had to get a decaf americano and gelato! We enjoyed the Hazelnut and chocolate! We give this place a 6/5!

My husband and I checked this place out based on a local’s suggestion. We were blown away! We ordered a salad that was slices of tomato, pesto, fresh mozzarella and basil. It smelled amazing and ate even better. Then we had a North South Pizza that was the best pizza I’ve ever had. Then we enjoyed a magnificent fresh pasta dish that melted in my mouth. The service was fantastic. They recommended an Italian wine that paired with everything perfectly. Go if you’re in Portland!
Kid-friendliness: The table next to us had 3 small children and they fit right in.

Caprese salad, pasta and desserts were excellent. Anchovies pizza was a bit disappointing as the fresh pasta sauce was a bit runny which ended making the crust quite soggy and there were few anchovies. On the plus side the crust was perfectly cooked with few burnt sections which does not often happen with wood fired pizzas.
