Every time I go through the drive thru and ask for extra sauce to be added to my order before payment they never do it. They try to send me on my way without the amount of sauces asked for and then I have to do a whole second payment. This has happened 10+ times in a row.

me and my boyfriend came through the drive though and the lady on the mic taking our order was so mean for nooo reason lmaooo. we didn’t mention it or anything either to her, she was just so awkwardly hostile, we were looking at the menu for like five minutes deciding what to order , and i get that may be long to some people but it’s because we have never eaten here before or seen the menu, and this lady just will not stop asking us if we are ready yet and ive worked in customer service it’s not uncommon for people to gaze the menu first. could tell she was impatient. so i start rushing him because i hate being a bother, he’s ordering and she just keeps saying she can’t hear him at first so i start talking louder and she still said she could barely hear me. but then this lady just gets outright mean. she’s saying stuff like “are you done yet??” then he says he’s gonna get a drink she asks what drink and he says “do you guys have lemonade” she goes “yes” and he’s like “oh what kind of lemonade do you guys-“she just cuts him off “ALRIGGGGHT A LEMONADE. is that all?!” dude?? like i get it you might be trying to clock out or whatever but if you hate customer service that much you need to find a new field of work. and then when we drive to the window, there is a car at the window that was already there since we pulled up. if you’re gonna be that impatient taking an order you’d think your customers wouldn’t be sitting there waiting for that long in a drive through just waiting for their food? we sat there for like ten minutes behind this car then we just backed out because clearly this customer was not getting their food any time soon. 0/10 experience for us our first time, but hey maybe it’ll be better for you that’s just my opinion!

Whoever they have working the window today 4/19/24 at 6:00 p.m. don't listen to what customers are ordering and are just focused on getting the line moving as fast as possible. The entire time you're being rushed and she talks more than listen while you're trying to give your order. In the end my order was incorrect but was definitely charged for it.

I’ve gotten a lot of oregons from here, know how much they’re supposed to come with, and these fools just pulled a robbery on my burrito. Had the weight and contents of a six dollar Taco Bell burrito. Late night shift is always on point but the ones working at 7:30, weak, weakest burrito to ever be called a burrito. I award you no points and may god have mercy on your souls.

I'm having the most incredible meal for $10. So many toppings, delicious tortilla, shredded, not crumble beef and added peppers and onions for flavor as a complete bonus to the menu description which for Portland, come on it's rare to add anything more. I'm so happy hahaWith the Mexican salsa and shredded lettuce I feel like I have an entire side salad, props for my health ??So much food I couldn't finish it in one go.

Ordered the Tuesday special and it was as good as the menu picture. The only issue I had was with their card reader that wouldn't read any of my 3 debit cards. Had to go elsewhere to get cash to pay. I'm sure that is fixed by now.

I dont give any fast food 5 stars. I'd say this is the best quality food for a drive thru. 90% of the time, they get my order right. The shredded chicken has only had 1 bad piece, and I've been going here for years.

So this is based off my Uber Eats order that I got from this location. So I work evenings, so my biological clock is slightly different, so I’m up late decided to order from this particular muchas Gracias because this one’s the only open near me and all I gotta say is I got a quesadilla, and that was not made with one bit of love whatsoever probably consumed about 1/4 of it Because I was hungry, but that’s about all I could take with that. It’s almost like they shoved all the ingredients in the middle section Unevenly and put an ungodly amount of beans, and then just folded it altogether. There’s at least about 2 inches of tortilla that has literally on it towards the ends. :( They forgot My salsa and I even paid extra for more because I’m a sauce girl. So basically had a raw dog the quesadilla. Not amazing. I don’t typically leave reviews, but come onnnnn what was that? ?? I will note that my muchas gracias experience at other locations in the Portland area have been good So I was a little bummed.
