Red Beans N' Rice (build your own)
Vegan. Slow simmered red beans and fresh vegetables with a pinch of that good stuff. Customizable to fit you and served over rice.
Shrimp N Grits
Move over gumbo ‘cuz Shrimp ‘n Grits might take your spot as our signature dish. First we start with the Grits, water? No, no, no we cook ‘em with milk and chicken stock. Why stop there? So then we sauté Andouille with onions, garlic, and tomatoes. Then we add shrimp and deglaze with white wine before finishing with heavy cream, butter, and some creole seasoning before lettin' it drip all over the Grits and top with green onion, parsley, and Gruyere. You gotta try this!
The Trinity
Our signature Gumbo sauce loaded with Shrimp, Andouille, Chicken, and Okra. My personal favorite combination. Served over rice.
The Staple
A southern staple that too many places treat as an after thought. We're here to set the record straight, this dish can stand all on its own when it's treated with the love it deserves. We serve it up with a double portion of Andouille and make it a meal that's so good you'll be surprised something so simple can be so satisfying. Served over rice.
The Nipsey Hussle
This is my take on the classic shrimp roll named in honor of the Late Great Nipsey Hussle. Poached shrimp tossed in a rich creamy house dressing with creole seasonings and herbs on a fresh Brioche grilled with garlic butter and topped with pickled red cabbage, green onion, and parsley. Checc Me Out!
Boudin
Pork sausage made with rice and creole seasoning, grilled and served with stone ground mustard and house made pickled okra crackers at no additional charge.
Andouille
Authentic smoked cajun sausage grilled and served with stone ground mustard and house made pickled okra.

Plump link with a kick, grilled and served with stone ground mustard and house made pickled okra.

Dessert
Brandon's Nana Pudding
Nilla wafers, fresh caramel dredged bananas, and house made vanilla pudding layered twice and topped with whipped cream and a Nilla wafer.

Dont beat yourself, treat yourself with a southern favorite. Pumpkin pie aint got nothing on this.

Nothing bad on the menu! I constantly cycle between the trinity, the staple and the shrimp and grits. The best thing on the menu though is the Weekend Crab Boil! So much food, so much delicious. And you can’t go wrong with either the sweet potato pie OR the banana pudding for dessert; both have an appropriate amount of whipped cream!

This place is pretty good…. Amazing gumbo and links but The nipsey hussle is a waste of money…. Cold shrimp on a cold bun… was really looking forward to it until I got home and realized it was basically shrimp salad on bread. Also they have different hours now… just rode my bike in the cold to find out they aren’t open… Amazing…

The cart pod is so nice! You can sit indoors or in the heated, covered patio area. I had the ~Trinity~ gumbo and a cold brew and it was fantastic. My family members got the same and also loved it! I'll definitely be coming back here.
